The article describes the Mappasikarāwa Tradition in the marriage of Bugis adat perspectives on Islamic law. From the results of the study with theological, philosophical, socilogical, anthropogical and juridical approaches, it can be understood that mappasikarāwa is a local knowledge of the Bugis community in marriage. This mappasikarāwa tradition has taken root in the procession of the Bugis marriage so that no marriage escapes the mappasikarāwa activities even though the implementation is different. Taradisi mappasikarāwa, by looking at the purpose and meaning of the tekadung in it generally corresponds to the principles of Islamic law, because; 1) Contain benefits and logics, 2) General applies to the community in a place or at least among the majority of the community, 3) It has been valid for a long time, not a new custom that will emerge later, 4) Not contrary to the syara 'argument or contradictory with the general principles of Islamic sharia. But the thing that needs to be revitalized is the malloangeng tradition shortly after the mappasikarawa tradition, where both partners compete to stand and step on each other. The myth contained in it is "who first stood up and stepped on his partner, then he is the one who has power in his household life going forward". Because this tradition is not in line with the purpose of marriage and the meaning and hope to be achieved at the event malloāngeng (bugis) which means that later this couple will always be united in going through their domestic life in the future

This study aims to determine the understanding of Civil Servants (PNS) who are Muslims in the Makassar State University environment about the Law of Zakat and how it is implemented. The method that will be used to achieve the objectives in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Through this approach, this research will describe the actual situation in detail and actual. The background to the use of this method, because the phenomena to be investigated require a description or description and deep analysis. Thus, answers will be found that can reveal actual events or facts in the field. This approach is suitable for expressing unique social phenomena, because this approach is flexible and not strict so that many alternatives can be used to answer a phenomenon that is happening in the field. This research is planned to be carried out in the Makassar State University environment. It will begin with conducting observations to determine the research objectives, while studying the conditions in the field. Furthermore, data collection will be carried out, both primary and secondary data. The primary will be collected using questionnaires, interviews and documentation.

This article is an analysis from a psychological point of view about the development of religious souls at the stages of child growth. The stages of the child's mental development will change periodically along with the physical growth and spiritual development. To preserve the soul so as not to be polluted from negative influences, such as harassment and violation of religious values and humanitarianism. So it is very necessary for the formation of educators and parents of the child's soul. From the results of the assessment obtained that understanding; 1). Basically, the Islamic education of each individual or child in their development is greatly influenced by innate factors (heredity), environmental factors (family, school and community), and supernatural factors; 2). Every child in the development of a religious soul that is accepted and felt at each stage of their growth experiences certain influences, therefore the strategy for developing a religious soul in children must be adjusted to the stages of their growth.

This study aims to determine: 1) The implementation of community marriage traditions in Karelayu Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency in the perspective of Islamic Law, 2) Community views regarding the implementation of marriage. The research method used in this study is qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the study were processed using data analysis in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of the community marriage tradition in Karelayu Village, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency was in accordance with the prevailing Islamic religious recommendations. Starting at the Mange A'boya stage to A'matoang. 2) The marriage tradition is a hereditary inheritance that has a close correlation with religion and will not be displaced by changing times.

The development of Thomas Kuhn's epistemology has brought certain changes in human civilization and a major influence on thinkers of Islam. Kuhn has interesting fact that the philosophers of science generally ignores the basic hermeneutic issues such as the question of what is actually done by a scientist. According to Kuhn rasioanalitas ambiguous scientific fact that basically is not merely a matter of induction or deduction or rasioanalitas also objective, but rather on matters of interpretation (hermeneutical) and persuasion which tends to be more subjective. Methods renewal of Islamic law and family law in contemporary Islamic thought though shades of change is quite pronounced but reform law paradigm of classical legal methodology to a new methodology be applied is still rare. Because according to legal experts who are still using the classic paradigm of new methods offered does not offer a complete solution in addition to the still strong around the confines of dogmatic result of this apathy is getting stronger, and most of the Islamic State and non- state wear Islamic law and Islamic law most families in particular are still patterned utilitarianistik. But stretching renewal undertaken by thinkers over a bit much to excite a new study in the field of family law in particular and Islamic thought in general and also become a point of departure expectations change when Muslims slumped amid the swift currents of change .

This article presents the significance of Islamic counseling for menopausal women. Using multiple approaches, this study reveals that menopause is a biological process that will be experienced by all living creatures, including human beings, especially women. In this menopause phase, there will be some changes in all human parts. All human parts will gradually undergo structural and functional decline, and eventually will be dysfunctional. In Islamic perspective, men and women have equal status. The difference is only in biological aspect and in their role in social life. Therefore, the psychological problems for menopausal women needs counseling based on religious teachings.

The article below traces to find the urgency of saintific ijtihad to solve Islamic law problems of contemporary transaction (mu’amalah mu’asirah) in the age of globalization. The age of globalization supported by information technologies revolusion makes all aspects of human life changes rapidly especially in economic activities. Many kinds and aspects of transaction that human did not think many years ago, occur in this era, for instance insurance, electronic banking, e-commerce, capital market, unit trust, etc. All forms of transaction in this era need to be solved and justified by Islamic law in order to all muslims in the world can participate in economic activities among other people at the global era. Islam as the last religion revealed by Allah swt. has many tools to anticipate and solve contemporary problems occurring in the global era. Alquran and al-Sunnah as the main sources of Islamic law provide tools to make Islamic teachings always suitable for all time, namely by saintific ijtihad. By doing saintific ijtihad to solve contemporary transaction problems in this global era will make Islamic law always appropriate whenever and wherever.
