In the research population of post-sectional cesarean mothers at Estomihi Hospital Medan, the number of samples used in this study was 57 people. Non-probability sampling is a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used a univariate test and bivariate analysis with Spearman Rank (Rho) correlation test. The results of the correlation coefficient there is no significant relationship between mother's knowledge and management of cesarean section wound care with a p-Value < (0.532> 0.05), there is a significant relationship between mother's attitude and management of Caesarean section wound care with p-Value < (0.007< 0.05).
