Abstract

Implementing a quality education process is a must for every school, as is the case with SMA Negeri 10 Ternate City. SMA Negeri 10 Ternate City always encourages the improvement of teacher professionalism by monitoring the work of teachers in implementing their duties so that the predetermined competency standards can be achieved. SMA Negeri 10 Ternate City is still manual and not so detailed (detailed). With the assessment that is not detailed, it is feared that there will be a subjective assessment (based on personal interests), which can cause social jealousy for teachers who have not received achievements. To overcome these problems, a decision support system was designed using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory Method. As for in this study using 5 criteria. In this study, the application uses the PHP programming language, while the database uses MySQL. The final result of this study found that the decision support system with the MAUT method was able to overcome problems in assessing teacher performance.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) adalah seperangkat alat dan proses pemanfaatan data dan informasi untuk mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya yang berbasis komunitas di tingkat Desa. Sistem informasi Desa merupakan bagian dari implementasi Undang-Undang (UU) Desa Pasal 86 UU no. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Desa dan Pembangunan Kawasan PerDesaan. Untuk mendukung implementasi undang-undang tersebut maka di buatlah sebuah Layanan administrasi yang baik yang merupakan sebuah keharusan bagi masyarakat yang harus dipenuhi oleh Pemerintah Desa dalam bentuk layanan masyarakat berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat berjalan dengan baik dan didukung oleh data yang akurat, Pemerintah Desa worat-worat dan tacim berupaya untuk memberikan layanan publik yang efektif dengan cepat maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi yang berbasis website desa yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di desa, informasi website desa yang disajikan nanti dalam bentuk data profil desa dan layanan mandiri administrasi kependudukan desa. Tujuan akhir dari penggunaan Teknologi Informasi yang berbasis aplikasi ini adalah tentang keterbukaan informasi Publik yang bisa di akses oleh masyarakat Desa Worat-worat dan Tacim.

Abstract

The need for internet access is not just for chatting and browsing, but has reached online games and video streaming. High access requirements result in an unbalanced traffic load and a decrease in access speed. Load balancing is a technique for distributing traffic loads on two or more connection lines in a balanced way, so that traffic can run optimally, maximize throughput, minimize response time and avoid overload on one of the connection lines. PCC results on the throughput (bps) test, the throughput value on the first PCC test by running the speedtest the throughput value (bps) is obtained at 665k, the second test by downloading the zoom application the throughput value (bps) is obtained at 412k, the third test by playing youtube the throughput value ( bps) was obtained at 816. While the packet loss on the first PCC test the packet loss value (%) was obtained at 0.4%, the second test the packet loss value (%) was obtained at 1.8%, the third test the packet loss value (%) was obtained at 2.3%. The NTH results on the throughput test, the throughput value on NTH The first test by running the speedtest the throughput value (bps) is obtained at 184k, the second test by downloading the zoom application the throughput value (bps) is obtained at 495k, the third test by playing youtube the throughput value (bps) is obtained of 829k. While the packet loss on the first test NTH packet loss value (%) was obtained at 1.6%, the second test the packet loss value (%) was obtained at 2.2%, the third test the packet loss value (%) was obtained at 3.0%..

Abstract

Current technological advancements make it easier for users to do their work effectively and efficiently, including the use of wireless networks to exchange data via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and video conferencing services (VCS). A Mobile AdHoc Network (MANET) is a wireless network technology that applies a dynamic set of nodes. Data transmission on the MANET does not require the use of devices such as base stations. Because each node on the MANET can act as a router in determining the direction of the data sent, the number of nodes in the MANET will influence the quality of the data sent. Using the OPNET Modeler simulator, this paper shows how to assess the quality of FTP and VCS based on delay, jitter, and packet loss parameters. The simulation scenario employs five, fifteen, and thirty nodes with low, medium, and high traffic loads, using the Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) protocol. According to the measurement results, the FTP service with the bad category is the packet loss parameter in high traffic loads, which has the highest packet loss value of 56.6 percent with 15 nodes. In contrast, good results for VCS are only produced on the delay parameter. The jitter increases with the number of nodes, and it is 5 in this case. In all scenarios, the packet loss parameter yields poor results, with the highest packet loss value approaching 100%.

Abstract

The current public conversation is Police Performance because the Community gives their opinion about POLICE performance through social media, namely Twitter. There are several methods used to carry out sentiment analysis, one of which is the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. Based on the results of testing the Naive Classifier algorithm that has been carried out, several things have been produced, among others, based on the results of analysis from research that almost the majority of people have a neutral view of the Public Relations performance of the Polda , which is proven by the analysis of this study. In this study, the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm produces an accuracy value of 69%, the level of accuracy of sentiment analysis on Twitter social media with the keywords divhumas_polda_malut, poli_malut in research the precision value is 68%, the recall value is 71%, F-measure value 68%.
