Abstract

This research describes the results of the SWOT analysis of the implementation of the Local Currency Settlement (LCS) policy carried out by the countries of Indonesia and China in trade and investment activities. The research uses a literature review as method and using SWOT analysis as an analytical technique with secondary data as a data source. Secondary data were collected from literature reviews of journals, websites, books, and news articles. The results of this discussion include the advantages of implementing LCS such as transaction efficiency, and currency standardization using SNAP, weaknesses in implementing LCS such as currency rate cannot always be the same and will change according to world financial markets, challenges in implementing LCS include data security threats such as Card Skimming, Carding, and Phishing and financial crises such as inflation, as well as opportunities for implementing LCS such as increasing Indonesia's export power to China with easy access to LCS services for large businesses and Indonesian UMKM

Abstract

In meeting the needs and everything that the community wants, it is not surprising that there are branches of the Education Office including in Malang and Batu. This is because in addition to a wide geography it is also to provide easy access for all groups. Of course, it is not easy if it is not accompanied by good performance from existing employees, therefore this study will discuss development strategies for employee performance at branch offices. Research methods use qualitative or field. The results obtained by the branch office of the education office in Malang are three, namely Batu, Malang City and Malang Regency. Strategies carried out to strengthen human resources employee performance include: understanding the vision and mission and tasks, good leadership roles, training and development through various activities, reward or intensive, monitoring and improvement

Abstract

One of the most important things in running the government and meeting the needs of the community is the institutions in the regions. If the institution runs well and correctly, it will certainly benefit a lot and bring a lot of good. However, if on the contrary, it will only benefit some people who are close so that it can be said that the institution is less running. Therefore, institutions in which or can be said to be civil servants and the like must work properly as government regulations have been set. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results obtained that the work ethic and performance of the Batu Subdistrict Religious Affairs Office are in accordance with government regulation No. 49 of 2018. Where the suitability is based on the implementation from superiors to staff and administration so that reports and activities and tasks are carried out properly. The obstacles that arise are also not many, just continue to provide the best service for the community so that innovations in adjusting technology are always carried out, such as online absences, online and remote submissions, etc. with the aim of making it easier for people in need.

Abstract

Traditional markets are one of the economic infrastructure of cities/districts because of their role in contributing as cultural and social centers of society. The market is the center of various community activities for micro, small and medium enterprises whose development is very slow. Besides that, traditional markets are owned by the Regional Government and must continue to maintain and develop their existence so that they can grow well and compete with private markets or modern retail. There is a need for synergy between traditional and modern in order to provide the widest possible benefits to the prosperity of society and together build a better regional economy. This research is field research in the form of a case study located in Malang Regency with the research object being the Turen Regional Market Management Unit. The research method used is a qualitative method, while data was obtained from observations, interviews and documentation studies from related sources. This article attempts to describe and discover the factors that encourage and hinder the development of traditional market businesses in the era of economic globalization and the growth of modern markets.

Abstract

The development of the tourism sector is one of the efforts that can increase local income. Tourism development not only has an impact on the progress of tourism and its income but also has an impact on the State and surrounding communities so that the right strategy is important for tourism actors to be developed properly. This study seeks to find out and analyze related to the strategy of developing stone paragliding tourism objects and their impact on the local community so that for this the research used is a qualitative type with a descriptive analysis approach. The results obtained that the strategy used by paragliding tourism managers are three things which include: the development of tourism objects, promotion of tourism both offline and offline and involving the tourist community, and tourism business development involving businesses around paragliding tourism and the involvement of the local government, namely Batu City. While the resulting impact on the surrounding community includes: economic growth of the community so that the community has additional money or income, the creation of new jobs both for the main business or side business, additional foreign exchange for the State including the government and paragliding tourism managers, infrastructure development such as toilet roads etc. so that it can also be used for the community, and utilization for paragliding tourism business actors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine level of public satisfaction in Adminduk ‘Desaku Tuntas’ service in Wonosari Village. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach carried out using survey method. This data is calculated in accordance with the provisions for calculating IKM based on PERMENPAN-RB No. 14 of 2017 which consists of 14 indicators. The data collection technique uses questionnaire. The population is people of Wonosari Village who are using Adminduk ‘Desaku Tuntas’ services at Wonosari Village Government office during the observation period (April 2024). The sampling technique uses accidental sampling which refers to PERMENPAN-RB No. 14 of 2017 so that the sample is 150 respondents. The data analysis technique refers to IKM analysis based on PERMENPAN-RB No. 14 of 2017. The result of this research showed that public satisfaction in Adminduk ‘Desaku Tuntas’ service at Wonosari Village Government office is measured based on IKM in terms of administrative services in total from 14 service indicators in the IKM value range of 2.51 to 3.25 with an IKM conversion value between 62.51 to 81.25 which is in ‘good’ quality and service performance category, meaning that public is satisfied with the quality and performance of the service.
