Abstract

Introduction. Disaster is a series of events that can threaten and disrupt human life, caused by natural and non-natural factors. A flood disaster is a natural disaster that can occur due to extreme storms in the upper watersheds, climate change, and geomorphological conditions of soil slopes, erosion, and sediment material. Flood disasters will have an impact on the social situation, people's economy, health status and death. Method. A systematic review was conducted through several stages, namely making questions, identifying, eligibility, selecting article inclusions, screening, and appraisal. The selection process was listed in the Systematic review framework and 10 articles are obtained. Later, articles were summarized and rated according to The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) in each article. Result&Analysis. The data shows that the results vary according to the system, and the conditions in which the study was conducted. Increasing the role of the community in flood disaster management efforts is done by increasing community knowledge, skills and experience, related to an efficient disaster management system, with several methods, namely by giving questionnaires and conducting interviews with the community or family, special training and simulations. Discussion. To increase the awareness and role of the community in managing flood disasters, several methods are applied. The simulation method is an educational effort that can be used to improve people's knowledge, skills, and experience in conducting flood management activities.

There are five important aspects related to safety at home, namely safetthey, safety of workers or health workers, the safety of buildings and hospital equipment that have an impact on patient and staff safety, environmental safety which has an impact on the environment and home business safety related to hospital life. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the research instruments used and to find out what dimensions affect the importance of safety in service facilities. Methods: The preparation of the literature review went through several stages: making several methods with PICOS, and conducting a literature review using a prism, such as searching, selecting, selecting, and determining articles according to the inclusion criteria. Results: Search articles using Google Scholar, Proquest, Wiley, Springer, and Oxford Academic databases. Results: 5 Google Scholar articles, 5 Proquest articles, 5 Wiley articles, 3 Oxford articles and 2 Spinger articles. The results of a review of 20 journals on the determining factors in patient safety culture in health care facilities. Abstract

Introduction: The emergency department (ED) is at the forefront of hospital healthcare and is expected to provide timely and effective care. The imbalance of the need for emergency care and the availability of hospitals to provide health services has an impact on the occurrence of overcrowded situations. This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of triage and the incidence of overcrowded in the ED of Adi Husada Kapasari Hospital. Methods: This study uses a correlation study design with a cross sectional approach. The population in the study were all nurses in the ED of Adi Husada Kapasari Hospital, Surabaya, Indonesia, and 14 nurses were involved as respondents through a total sampling technique. The independent variable is the implementation of triage, the dependent variable is the incidence of overcrowded. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet to measure the implementation of triage, and the NEDOCS scale (National Emergency Department Overcrowding Scale) to measure the incidence of overcrowded. Data was analyzed using Spearman rank correlation test with α = 0.05. Results: The results showed that more than half respondents (64.3%) practice triage in moderate level, and the overcrowded assessment showed all respondents (100%) in the level 1, which means it was in category not busy. Spearman rank correlation test showed that there was no relationship between the implementation of triage and the incidence of overcrowded in the ED of Adi Husada Kapasari Hospital (p-value 0.898 and r=0.038). Conclusion: For non-large-scale emergency departments like the ED of Adi Husada Kapasari Hospital, the implementation of triage is not significantly related to the overcrowded incidence, although some studies and theories state otherwise, that the accuracy of emergency room nurses in triaging can help reduce patients overcrowding and treat patients immediately. Further research could explore this gap through a larger sample or by involving or comparing more populations of various type of EDs.
