<![CDATA[Abstrak: Desa digital atau kampung digital merupakan transformasi desa atau kelurahan dalam mendukung terciptanya kota pintar atau smart city. Aplikatif dalam mendukung terciptanya desa digital diperuntukan dalam membangun administrasi berbasis digital, jaringan internaet Wireless Fidelity (WIFI) desa sebagai wujud transparansi, akuntabilitas dan partisipatif. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini pertama melakukan pelatihan administrasi manual serta melakukan transisi berbasis online; kedua, pelatihan penggunaan perangkat lunak perkantoran (Microsoft Office) dan internet dengan teknik website sistem. Mitra yang terlibat dalam pengabdian ini yaitu desa Pematang Johar kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode pengabdian dengan sosialisasi, pelatihan serta Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil pengabdian yang dicapai Pertama, Konsep New Public Service (NPS) telah terimplementasi dengan baik pada mitra hal ini dibuktikan dengan perbaikan informasi pelayanan di website dan portal informasi desa. Kedua, Praktik pengelolaan pelayanan berbasis digital dengan pendekatan Komunikasi dan Advokasi kebijakan kepada masyarakat telah dilaksanakan dengan konsep pelayanan melalui jaringan desa dan internet desa misalnya : BUMDES, Pendidikan dan pelaku usaha mikro lainnya.Abstract: A digital village or digital village is a village or urban village transformation in supporting the creation of a smart city or smart city.
