Abstract

The registration system is a process that is carried out before the patient gets service in the treatment room. Hasta Husada Special Surgery Hospital uses a manual registration system. The purpose of this study was to design an online web-based outpatient registration system at the Hasta Husada Kepanjen Special Surgery Hospital. The research method used is SLDC Waterfall. The final product trial questionnaire was analyzed using PIECES analysis (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). The study population consisted of 8 registration officers and 1 IT officer, and the study sample consisted of 1 registration officer and 1 IT officer. Based on the results of the PIECES analysis on the use of a manual registration system, Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service analysis gets a total value of 0 each from a total of 1 respondent.While on the use of an online registration system, Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service analysis gets a total of 2 each from a total of 1 respondent. It can be concluded that the use of an online registration system is more effective than using a manual registration system. So it is recommended that hospitals can use the online registration system application to simplify the patient registration system in outpatient registration services. Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunikasi efektif merupakan sebuah komunikasi yang mampu menghasilkan perubahansikap (attitude change)pada orang yang terlibat komunikasi. General Consent atau lembar persetujuan umum merupakan lembar persetujuan yang diberikan kepada pasien atau keluarga setelah mendapat penjelesan secara lengkap dari petugas pendaftaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah para petugas di bagian PAT telah menerapakan komunikasi efektif dalam menjelaskan isi dan maksud dari General Consent kepada pasien. Pada penelitian kali ini, peniliti menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 62 pasien dan 5 petugas PAT RSUD Kanjuruhan Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil pembagian kuisioner kepada 62 pasien, terdapat hasil bahwasanya 65% pasien mengerti apakah itu General Consent. Akan tetapi walaupun merak mengetahui apa itu General Consent meraka belum paham benar apakah maksud dan isi dari General Consnet. Terbukti hanya 23% pasien yang menjawab “YA” atau mereka mengetahui apakah maksud dan tujuan dari General Consent. Sedangkan identifikasi petugas ditemukan hasil bahwasanya dari kelima petugas hanya 2 orang yang mengerti SPO tentang penjelasan General Consent. Dan hanya 2 orang yang menjawab telah menerapkan komunikasi efektif dalam pengisian General Consent.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Resume medis adalah formulir yang harus diabadikan, dalam hal ini diabadikan berarti formulir resumemedisharusdisimpansebagaicatatanriwayatpenyakitpasienselamadirawatsampaikeluar rumahsakit.DokumenrekammedisrawatinapdiRSUDKanjuruhanKabupatenMalangditemukan bahwa banyak lembar ringkasan pulang (Resume) medis yang belum terisi dengan lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyebab ketidaklengkapan pengisian lembar ringkasan pulang (Resume)medisrawatinapdiRSUDKanjuruhanKabupatenMalang.Jenispenelitianiniadalahmix method dengan menggunakan diagram Fishbone ditinjau dari variabel 5M yaitu Man, Machine, Method, Media dan Motivation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketidaklengkapan pengisian lembar ringkasan pulang (Resume) medis rawat inap disebabkan tidak adanya SPO tentang kelengkapan pengisian lembar ringkasan pulang (Resume) medis, kurangnya kesadaran Dokter Penanggung Jawab Pelayanan dan petugas rekam medis terkait tentang pelatihan pentingnya kelengkapan pengisian dan kurangnya kepedulian pimpinan terhadap kinerja bawahannya. Sehingga dapat disarankanuntukmembuat,menetapkandanmensosialisasikanSPOtentangkelengkapanpengisian lembar ringkasan pulang, mengadakan atau mengikutsertakan dokter dan petugas rekam medis dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan seminar tentang rekam medis agar dapat menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkanmotivasidokterdalampengisianrekammedismelaluipengembangankarier,promosi dan pemberian umpan balik dengan memberikan reward danpunishment.

Abstract

Payment is a very important activity in a hospital. One way of payment of health care in hospital is BPJS of health. Issues contained in the release of medical record information for insurance claims BPJS of health in Kanjuruhan Kepanjen Hospital is not yet completed the requirements of the claims, especially the summary sheet and the sheet out the verification and dissemination SOP has been no release of medical record information for insurance claims BPJS of health. The research method in this study using descriptive research method. The results showed that participants BPJS of health insurance in the first quarter 2019 in Kanjuruhan Kepanjen Hospital is the highest number of patients with a percentage of 61% of the 3,553 inpatients. Problems that hinder the process of insurance claims is not yet complete BPJS claim requirements, especially the summary sheet out and verification with a percentage of 28.12% in January, 36.26% in February and 36.08% in March, another problem is the lack of socialization to the SOP involved in the release of medical record information primarily to the medical staff who are in the inpatient unit. Abstract

The completeness of medical record file information is very important for verification of claims. Verification of claims is specially prepared with the aim of being a reference verifier of claims on BPJS. Completeness of medical records also maintains health facilities for service quality and efficiency of health service costs up to the disbursement of claims to health care providers. The purpose of this report is to find out the Completeness of BPJS claim requirements for inpatients at Wava Husada Hospital in 2022 with an observation method in the form of a checklist conducted on March 21-March 26, 2022. This research was conducted at the Health Financing Cooperation Installation and Casemix. Based on the results of the completeness analysis on 120 BPJS claim requirements files conducted by researchers, a completeness percentage of 75 files or 62.5% and a percentage of incompleteness of 45 files or 37.5%. The highest completeness is found in the inpatient cover letter, participant egibility letter (SEP), emergency assessment sheet, and medical support sheet with a completeness rate of 120 files or 100% and the lowest completeness is found on the casemix verification sheet of 102 files or 85%. As for overcoming this, it is recommended to hold a coordination meeting with health service providers regarding the importance of completeness and accuracy of filling out medical record files for BPJS claim requirements, to facilitate the process of submitting hospital claims to BPJS.
