Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test whether there is an influence of organizational culture and employee commitment on performance at the office of PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch, one of the factors that can affect performance is organizational culture. Organizational culture will give identity to members of the organization and individuals, and employee commitment also affects performance. The sample in this study were 56 permanent employees at the PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. By collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed Y = 23,359 + 0, 104X1 + 0, 366X2. This describes a positive linear regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (Organizational Culture) and X2 (Employee Commitment) on (Y) Office performance of PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.185. This means that organizational culture and employee commitment affect the performance of the PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch of 18.5%, while the remaining 81.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The test results at a significant level of 0.05 explained that partially organizational culture had no significant effect while employee commitment had a significant effect on performance at the PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. The results of the F test at a significant level of 0.05 explain that organizational culture and employee commitment have a significant simultaneous influence on the performance of the PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine locus of control and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency. The sample in this study was 79 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency who had become civil servants. The sampling technique is a census. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The multiple regression results show a positive direction of regression with the equation Y = 8.641 + 0.312X1 + 0.492 X2. Locus of control has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because the significant value is 0.001 less than 0.05. This illustrates the increasing locus of control, the employee's performance will also increase. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. This illustrates that the increasing organizational commitment, employee performance will also increase. Locus of control and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the tourism development strategy for Panjang Beach in Bengkulu City using SWOT Analysis. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents and interviews with beach managers. The analysis method used is SWOT, namely identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The research results show that the Pantai Panjang tourist attraction in Bengkulu City is in quadrant II. This means that the strategy used is a diversification strategy. The right combination of strategies to use is ST (Strength-Threats), namely by using all strengths to overcome all forms of threats, such as the following: the management can optimize the natural potential and uniqueness of the tourist attraction by sustaining and nurturing the tourist attraction on an ongoing basis and exercising firm control, maintaining all existing facilities at tourist locations, establishing cooperation between the private sector, government and the community in creating new innovations so that they are not inferior to other tourist attractions.
