Abstract

Nowadays, most of the companies focus on increasing the commitment of their employees toward the companies themselves through motivation programs and incentives without paying attention to other factors that play a role in increasing the commitment of the employees. In this research, the writer does a research on Bengkel Samarinda which is addressed at Gang Perjuangan No 42N, Titi Kuning, Medan, North Sumatra. Bengkel Samarinda is a workshop that produces furniture and house equipment made from metal. To calculate variable X (Job Satisfaction), the writer uses environmental factor and individual factor as the indicator and variable Y (Organizational Commitment), the writer uses role stress, empowerment, job insecurity and employability, and distribution of leadership as the indicator. In doing this research, the writer uses questionnaire filled with 9 questions and each question consists of 5 answers that can be chosen, and the questionnaire is distributed to 40 respondents. The coefficient of correlation (r) obtained in this research is 0.63, which means that there is a moderate positive relationship. To test the hypothesis, writer uses a valid validity test, reliable reliability test, correlation coefficient test that is found 0.63 representing that there is a significant relationship between each variable, the z-test that shows the z-count is 3.93, z-table is 1.96. This result shows that the z-count>z-table so the null hypothesis is rejected, the multiple regression with the equation y = -0.09 + 0.788x and coefficient of determination is 39.7. It means that job satisfaction only influences around 39.7% towards the organizational commitment. The rest of 60.3% would be affected by other factors.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu memberikan arahan kepada anak-anak SMA Bhayangkari 1 Medan  mengenai manajemen waktu terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar serta membuka paradigma mengenai dampak buruk media sosial tanpa manajemen waktu yang baik terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu tahap surveiyaitu sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menyusun berbagai hal yang akan disampaikan pada saat kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yang meliputi: penyusunan materi yang akan diberikan, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi, pembagian tugas tim pengabdian dan survei ke lokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitusebelum kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan tahap sosialisasi yaitu melakukan silaturahmi dengan pihak sekolah, menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan jalinan kerjasama dan menentukan jadwal kegiatan pengabdian. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dosen di bidang ekonomi. Tim pengabdian memberikan materi tentang Penggunaan Manajemen Waktu Terhadap Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar di SMA Swasta Bhayangkari 1 Medan. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah para siswa belum memahami dengan baik mengenai manajemen waktu dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Selain itu para siswa mengaku bahwa lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu belajarnya untuk mengakses sosial media yang tidak berhubungan dengan pendidikan. Harapan kami dengan pengabdian ini dapat membuka wawasan bagi para siswa bahwa manajemen waktu dalam peningkatan prestasi harus dilakukan sejak dini dan dilakukan dengan disiplin.

Abstract

The increasing demand of servicing make CV. Indako Trading Co have problem in serve the servicing. The supply of seats isn’t enough for the customers who comes to get servicing. The service advisor is less knowledge, because when customer asked for advice about their motor problem, the service advisor only can reply “let’s the mechanic check the problem”. The next problem is their customer service, their customer service less responsive. The writer chooses the title : The Influence of Service Quality toward Customer Satisfaction at CV. Indako Trading Co, Medan. The writer will use the Parasuraman five service dimensions which are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy and Surachandar customer satisfaction dimensions which are core service, human element of service delivery, systematyzation of service delivery, tangibles of service, and social responsibility.The total population in CV. Indako Trading Co is 300 customers. The writer uses the Slovin sampling techniques with 5 % of error tolerate. The sample size is 171 customers. In analyzing data, the writer used some methods such as such as data descriptive, the validity test, the reliability test, the correlation test, the determination test, the linier regression, and the hypothesis test.From the result of coefficient correlation between variable x and variable y, resulted 0.75 which means the service quality has a strong relation (influence) toward the customer satisfaction at CV. Indako Trading Co, Medan. The percentage of service quality toward customer satisfaction is 56.25% and the remaining percentage of 43.75% were affected by other factor of product quality which was not discussed in this skripsi. From the calculation of hypothesis test, The zcount > z table, this means the Null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative (Ha) is accepted. The Service quality influences customer satisfaction at CV. Indako Trading Co, Medan.

Abstract

Penerimaan negara bersumber dari pajak dan bukan pajak, pajak berfungsi sebagai salah satu sumber penerimaan negara. UMKM adalah salah satu sektor ekonomi nasional yang paling penting dan strategis dan menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian nasional. Data kemertrian koperasi dan UMKM per mei 2022 terdapat 65 juta UMKM di Indonesia. UMKM merupakan salah satu sumber penerimaan negara yang berasal dari pajak UMKM. Sejak dikeluarkannya PP No.23 Tahun 2018 banyak pelaku UMKM belum mengerti tentang pelaporan pajak. Pelatiham pelaporan pembayaran pajak UMKM bagi pengusaha di Kelurahan Durian Kecamatan Medan Timur dilakukan karena masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum mengerti dan memahami tentang bagaimana prosedur pelaporan dan pembayaran pajak atas penghasilan usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of service quality and product connectivity on purchasing decisions. UD Apollo Motor is a company engaged in the field of authorized spareparts motorcycle dealers in the regency of Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. Various brands are sold, including Vario, CBR, PCX, Beat, Supra and others. This research uses quantitative. To prove the hypothesis, the writer uses descriptive method and causal method. The results of this method can be used to prove hypotheses and causation between two or more variables in this study. The coefficient of determination between service quality and product availability in impulse purchases is 51.2%. the regression equation is Y = 3.664 + .473 X. The results of the descriptive statistics show that the average for service quality agrees. The results of the descriptive statistics show that the average for neutral product availability and purchasing decisions is neutral. The conclusion of this study is that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product availability has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality and product availability have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research explains a conceptual model that elucidates the factors that influence the impact of product quality at PT. Pentaco Makmur Medan and how this information can be effectively used for business development and sustainability. This study is a review that identifies sales as the dependent variable, through a systematic review of online literature sources. Three independent variables were then identified viz. product features, service value chain and consumer behaviour. The research objectives and research questions were defined to assess the influence of the independent variables on customer satisfaction. It was identified that critical product features identified and shared during early stages of product development influences customer satisfaction by reducing product failures. Furthermore, customer satisfaction mediates improved service value leading to loyalty and finally, consumer behaviour in sharing experiences extends the product's life and influences customer satisfaction
