Fluktuasi harga timah dan ketergantungan ekspor komoditas mempengaruhi industri timah. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga logam industri dan makoekonomi Indonesia, Malysia dan China terhadap harga komoditas timah. Data bulanan dikumpulkan dari tahun 2005 hingga 2015. Kajian menggunakan ECM untuk pengaruh harga dan diverifikasi oleh wawancara ahli timah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh harga timah ada hubungan jangka panjang dan hubungan jangka pendek harga komoditas timah dengan harga logam industri, harga minyak dunia dan makroekonomi negara di Indonesia, Malaysia dan China

Permasalahan siswa putus sekolah merupakan masalah pendidikan nasional yang masih terjadi di Indonesia. Fenomena tingkat siswa putus sekolah pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bekasi masih terbilang tinggi, hal tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah pertama, menganalisis perbandingan siswa putus sekolah dengan siswa yang aktif terhadap faktor demografi, karakteristik sekolah dan sosio ekonomi keluarga. Kedua, menganalisis peluang faktor demografi, karakteristik sekolah, sosio ekonomi keluarga dalam mempengaruhi tingkat siswa putus sekolah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu uji komparatif dan regresi logistik. Hasil uji komparatif menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang nyata atau signifikan antara siswa putus sekolah dengan siswa yang aktif jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bekasi pada variabel jenis kelamin, jumlah anggota keluarga, usia, jenis sekolah, rasio guru dan murid, jurusan, pendapatan keluarga dan pendidikan ibu. Hasil uji regresi logistik menunjukan variabel yang mempunyai peluang terjadinya siswa putus sekolah dan besarnya peluang dilihat dari nilai odds ratio (OR) yaitu pada variabel jenis kelamin sebesar 0,512, jumlah anggota keluarga sebesar 3,048, usia sebesar 29,156, jenis sekolah sebesar 0,476, rasio guru dan murid sebesar 38,498, pendapatan keluarga sebesar 0,074 dan pendidikan ibu sebesar 0,493.

To improve people welfare and national development, people can rely on the tourism sector. One of the areas that have a lot of tourism potential is the West Coast Regency of Lampung Province. Geographically, the location is stretching along the coast. The popularity of this tourist attraction can invite local and foreign tourists. This research will look at how the right marketing communication strategy to continue attracting the tourist's interest. One of them is by maintaining Relationship Marketing, especially in social media. This research aims at determining the form of Relationship Marketing, trust, and commitment to tourists, particularly in the use of social media in influencing tourist's decision to visit. The author uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, as well as digging information from the key informants on the West Coast Regency Tourism Office and the West Coast Regency Communication and Information Office. The author collects the data by conducting interviews, library research and documentation. As the analysis result and an in-depth study show that the right Relationship Marketing in developing tourism spot in the West Coast Regency is by developing trust and commitment to tourists. Social media is also needed to use actively to attract Millenials target.

Technology advance such as social media utilization to communicate, to express opinions, to interact with each other, and to discover and share information, but this also has its own susceptive. Its positive effect, social media can be used to accelerate the spreading of information, but the negative effects are the spreading of radical ideas, hate speech, hoaxes, etc. which can threaten the national defense and the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia. This research used complex models and a limited amount of samples so that in the data analysis using Smart-PLS software. Smart-PLS using the bootstrapping methods or random multiplication. The results of the research show that knowledge has a positive impact and significant to the attitude of PMII cadre towards hate speech in the 2019 presidential election with the value of P-Values1, 98 in the amount of 14,148. This result shows that the higher knowledge of the cadre about the hate speech in the presidential election 2019, the better attitude of PMII cadres to respond to hoaxes and hate speech in the presidential election 2019 to not make, spread, and affected by the hoaxes and hate speech

Kemajuan teknologi seperti penggunaan media untuk menyampaikan, menyampaikan pendapat, andai satu sama lain, serta menemukan dan berbagi informasi, namun hal ini juga memiliki kelemahan. Efek positifnya, media sosial dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat penyebaran informasi, namun dampak negatifnya penyebaran adalah paham radikal, ujaran kebencian, hoax, dan lain-lain yang dapat mengancam pertahanan negara dan kedaulatan negara Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model yang kompleks dan jumlah sampel yang terbatas sehingga dalam analisis datanya menggunakan software Smart-PLS. Smart-PLS menggunakan metode bootstrap atau perkalian acak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pemuda dalam penyebaran paham radikalisme memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ketahanan individu pemuda.T-Statistic > 1,98 sehingga menghasilkan nilai yang positif. Ini menggambarkan bahwa semakin baik perilaku pemuda dalam penyebaran paham radikalisme, maka akan semakin baik pula ketahanan individu yang bertanggung jawab dalam penyebaran paham radikalisme agar tidak membuat, dan didukung oleh paham radikalisme.

In accordance with the ratification of the Water Resource Law, which was established after Law Number 7 of 2004 is canceled by the Constitutional Court in 2015, water has now becoming fully controlled by the state through the Law no. 17/2019 concerning Water Resource Law. The identification of emerging interests on who would advantage from the use of water are not only coming from the communities but also from the various stakeholders. The method used in this journal is theoretical qualitative as basis for discussion and analysis. The purpose of this journal is to examine thoroughly the part of the policy which addressing water compliance, water security with an increasing threat on water crimes and water conflicts and involving stakeholders in enforcing the sustainability of water management upon the enactment of the latest Water Resource law.

Community empowerment through alternative activities in narcotic-prone areas is needed to minimize narcotics circulation. This activity aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Alternative Empowerment Program that has been carried out by the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency for North Jakarta City. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The activity was carried out in RW 12, Muara Bahari Village, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. Collecting data through observation and interviews with field implementing officers, community leaders, and residents who take part in alternative empowerment programs. Analysis of the effectiveness of the program was carried out after the alternative empowerment activities were carried out for 2 years. The results of the Alternative Empowerment Program are in accordance with the needs and implementation in the field. The program can increase economic independence and welfare but has not been maximized in reducing the number of narcotics crimes, crimes, and professions for people in vulnerable areas. Through the Alternative Empowerment Program, there will be a strengthening of the household economy which can increase family resilience for people in narcotic-prone areas.
