Abstract

A person who has been burdened by the law is called a Mukallaf who is obliged to carry out the prayer orders and not neglect Allah's commands. Prayer in Islam is a natural activity of worship that has the highest degree compared to other worship activities. Prayer has a very large measure for the religion of Islam, and is the most important worship as long as mankind lives on earth. However, there is a prohibition on praying for people who are drunk as explained in the study of the interpretation of ahkam in Q.S An-Nisa (4): 43. The research was conducted using a type of library research, where the data collection method was in the form of scientific literature books relating to the matter to be discussed. in research. The source of the data in this study is the Tafsir of Ahkam verses. From the results of research showing that all disasters begin with drunkenness, it has been proven throughout the course of human history that drunkenness from drinking khamr can cause havoc. Intoxicated drinkers may act in ways that are contrary to social, legal, and religious norms. So according to Allah, when drunk is not allowed to pray. This restriction not only prohibits prayer, but also states that prayer said while drunk is invalid.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an and hadith which are the main basis are always solutions to the problems of the people, both in terms of worship and muamalah. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how to interpret the verses about the pilgrimage through Al-Munir's interpretation using the literary method, where the data collected uses the form of scientific literature books relating to the discussion in this study. The data source used in this research is Al-Munir's interpretation. The results of the study explain that the interpretation of the verses of the pilgrimage in Al-Munir's interpretation is based on QS. Al-Hajj verses 26-29 that is only servants who are able to go to Baitullah are obliged to perform the pilgrimage. The actual ability has developed into one of the prerequisites for performing the pilgrimage. Then it is permissible to do business on the way to remember Allah SWT, especially in order to give thanks for the favors that Allah has given by reciting tasbih and takbir sentences over the food that has been provided in the form of cows, goats and camels.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Concept of Building Dzurriyyatan Thayyibatan in Facing Demographic Bonuses in the Perspective of the Koran. The problems studied are first: what is meant by Demographic Bonus, second: how does the Qur'an deal with Demographic Bonus, third: how does the concept of building dzurriyyatan thayyibatan in the Qur'an deal with demographic bonus. This study uses a library research approach with the maudhu'i interpretation method. Sources of data taken in this study were books, journals related to the research title, also using commentary books. The results of this study are that in dealing with the demographic bonus, several aspects that support the success of the demographic bonus are then juxtaposed with the Qur'an. Then in forming and producing dzurriyyatan thayyibatan it is necessary to have an educational method that is in accordance with the Koran. Like parents who always pray for kindness to their children, as well as other educational methods.
