Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this writing is to find out how we are kind to both parents. Parents are people who have contributed a lot to us. So that almost in our lives their presence is very decisive for the future in the future. For this reason, children must be filial to both parents. Both from our attitude towards our parents who are still there or those who are no longer in this world. The research method used is the literature review. The step taken is to collect references related to the study, then classify them properly and finally give a conclusion by providing a direct analysis of existing opinions and theories. The results of this study show that filial piety to both parents is very much discussed by scholars. There are also many hadiths that explain our attitude to both parents. So that's our reply when good or bad to both parents. But today we have seen that many children are disobedient to their parents. What's more to the figure of a mother who has been pregnant with him for so long. So to give good and valuable lessons in our lives. We will discuss many manners, manners, and so on. Keywords: Parents; Behavior; Honors on.  AbstrakTujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kita bersikap baik kepada kedua orang tua. Orang tua merupakan orang yang telah banyak berjasa kepada kita. Sehingga hampir di dalam hidup kita kehadiran mereka sangat menjadi penentu bagi masa depan di hari kelak. Untuk itu dibutuhkan anak wajib berbakti kepada kedua orang tuanya. Baik dari sikap kita kepada kedua orang tua kita yang masih ada maupun yang sudah tidak ada lagi di dunia ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu telaah pustaka. Langkah yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengumpulkan referensi yang berkaitan dengan kajian, selanjutnya diklasifikasi dengan baik dan terakhir diberikan sebuah kesimpulan dengan memberikan analisisi secara langsung terhadap pendapat maupun teori yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa berbakti kepada kedua orang tua itu sangat banyak dibahas para ulama. Banyak juga hadis yang menerangkan tentang sikap kita kepada kedua orang tua. Seingga balasan kita ketika baik maupun buruk kepada kedua orang tua. Namun zaman sekarang sudah banyak kita lihat bahwasanya banyak anak-anak yang durhaka kepada kedua orang tuanya. Apa lagi pada sosok ibu yang sudah begitu lama mengandung nya. Maka untuk memberikan pelajaran yang baik dan berharga dalam kehidupan kita. Banyak yang akan kita bahas dari adab, sopan santun, dan lain sebagainya.Kata kunci: Orang tua; Tingkah laku; Menghormati

Abstract

This paper seeks to analyze the application of ADR (As-Sulh) as a principle of the Islamic legal system on marriage disputes among Muslim Ummah and the role of Tafarkin Tsira Islamic Centre Azare Bauchi State Nigeria. The paper will examine the principle of As-Sulh for dispute resolution among Muslim Ummah and its applicability in settling marriage disputes in the study area. This study employed qualitative research methods, and the data were gathered through the review of the related literature and interviews with pertinent bodies. The findings revealed that marital conflict among Muslim Ummah is becoming rampant and tends to increase annually. This study also identified that Tafarkin Tsira Islamic Centre Azare, under its Matrimonial Life Training and Counseling section, maintained the principle of ADR (As-Sulh) as a reliable alternative and instrument for the resolution of many marital conflicts among Muslim Ummah in the study area through organizing a strong orientation program for intending and married couples on successful marriages, the consequences of marital disharmony, and how to resolve the issues. It is recommended that ADR, if properly maintained and its technicalities applied, several marriages would be saved, peace would be restored, and collective effort to build successful families would be actualized across the communities.
