Abstract

Demi mengurangi rantai penyebaran virus COVID 19 Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan Surat Edaran Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Pendidikan Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran COVID, dalam Surat Edaran tersebut dijelaskan bahwa proses belajar dilaksanakan di rumah melalui pembelajaran daring/jarak jauh. Maka dari itu Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia pun ikut melaksanakan perkuliahan secara jarak jauh, sehingga mahasiswa perlu beradaptasi dengan proses perkuliahan secara daring karena memiliki perbedaan dengan perkuliahan secara  offline. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Modified Cooper Harper Scale (MCH) kegiatan mahasiswa mendengarkan penjelasan dosen, mahasiswa mencatat penjelasan dosen dan mahasiswa mengerjakan tugas merupakan kegiatan dengan kategori overload pada perkuliahan offline dan online, perkuliahan offline  dan  online  memiliki perbedaan signifikan yang berarti tolak H0. Serta didapatkan perbaikan berdasarkan metode FMEA untuk mengurangi resiko pada perkuliahan offline dan online dengan kategori overload. Keywords : mental workload, modified cooper harper scale, failure mode and effect analysis.

Abstract

In accordance with the third Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely community service, the responsibility of a student in addition to completing his duties on campus is to transfer, transform, and apply knowledge to the community. This research aims to carry out a community service program through creative literacy learning at the Street Children's Alternative School (SAAJA), South Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative with observation and interviews as approaches in data collection. After communication, creative literacy learning is carried out through training related to learning, skills, and entertainment.  Material delivery is done in the form of listening to presentations, recognizing numbers, counting, simulations and permainan. At the end of the learning activities, an evaluation was conducted through questionnaires to homeroom teachers to see if the activities carried out had an impact on students at SAAJA. As a result, most students improved their communication skills, numeracy, activeness and discipline, and critical thinking.
