Abstract

Problems in infantdevelopment can occur especially in the first years of life, so it is necessary to have early detection of deviations in infant development so that appropriate prevention and intervention efforts can be made Early detection can be carried out by professional cadres, families, especially mothers as the closest people. (Utami, 2016) The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and mother’s attitude about balanced nutrition with the development of infants aged 6-12 months in the working area of the Lubuk Alung Health Center.The scope of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and mother’s attitude about balanced nutrition with the development of infants agend 6-12 months in the working area of the Lubuk Alung Health Center..the independent variable is the development of infants aged 6-12 months. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional study design. This research was carried out in September 2022 in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Work Area. The population of this study was the parents of 115 babies with a total sample of 54 people. Analysis of the results of the study was carried out univariate and bivariate or computerized.The results showed that more than half of 24 (44,4%) respondents had a moderate level of knowledge, half of 29 (53,7%) respondents had a negative attitude, more than half of 30 (55,6%) respondents had stimulation of infant motor developmentabnormal, there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the provision of stimulation for infant motor development, there is a significant relationship between attitudes and the provision of stimulation for infant motor development in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Working Area in 2022.The results of the research are expected that health workers can intensify their outreach to mothers during posyandu and when mothers make visits to puskesmas.

Abstract

Karies gigi adalah penyakit jaringan gigi yang ditandai dengan kerusakan jaringan, dimulai dari permukaan gigi mulai dari email, dentin, dan meluas ke arah pulpa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak usia sekolah. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. julah sampel di dapatkan 47 Orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian diketahui 55,3% responden mengalami kakaries gigi, 61,7% reponden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah, Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik terdapat hubungan hubungan pengetahuan dengan kejadian karies gigi (p value =0,000). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan jenis makanan dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak usia sekolah. Di harapkan kepada penanggung jawab program UKS dan dokter kecil perlu melakukan penyuluhan seakali sebulan mengenai kesehatan gigi dan mulut meliputi materi waktu yang tepat untuk menyikat gigi , memeriksa gigi ke dokter gigi, gejala gigi berlubang, kebiasaan pemeliharan kesehatan gigi yang baik, jenis makanan yang tidak merusak gigi, pengunaan obat kumur dan menyikat gigi bagian depan, belakang dan dalam pada sisiwa sekolah.

Abstract

Febrile seizures are seizures that occur in children aged 6 months to 5 years who experience an increase in body temperature (temperature above 38° C). Batanghari Regency is the district with the highest cases of febrile seizures in children. The health center with the highest incidence of febrile convulsions in children is Penerokan Community Health Center. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between the level of parental knowledge about febrile seizures and the incidence of febrile seizures in children aged 1-5 years at the UPTD Penerokan Community Health Center. This research is a quantitative study, cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out on 24 July 2023 – 30 July 2023 at the UPTD Penerokan Community Health Center. The sample consisted of 87 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The analysis carried out was univariate and bivariate analysis. The statistical test used is the chi square test. The research results showed that more than half of the children experienced febrile convulsions (62.1%), most of the parents' knowledge was lacking (37.9%), there was a relationship between the level of parental knowledge about febrile convulsions and the incidence of febrile convulsions (p value = 0.000). . Nurses try to increase parents' understanding regarding the management of children who experience febrile convulsions by providing flip sheets or posters that parents can display at home, which can be easily read so that when a febrile convulsion occurs, parents are prepared to deal with the problem of febrile convulsions in children.
