Abstract

Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages in the word education. Unfortunately, as in many ways there is always a gap between theory and practice or between potential and actualization, then the same gap also occurs in the position of Arabic in Indonesia, including the learning of Arabic in Madrasah, especially in Madrash Tsanawiyah. The average score of students' ability to speak Arabic for class VII C MTs N 2 Purwakarta students before applying role playing is 58.78. In this study, researchers applied the role playing method where students were given the opportunity to describe or express a character played and other students got the task of observing about the course of the drama. In certain sections, for example in the middle, the teacher can stop the drama and give students the opportunity to express opinions and criticisms about the learning material being studied. The results of this study can be seen that from the six criteria assessed from the first meeting of the 1st cycle to the 2nd meeting of the 2nd cycle, it has increased, namely the Understanding Aspect from 61.40 to 74.67, the Pronunciation Aspect 62.47 to 74.30, the Communication Aspect Interactive 61.90 to 74.23, the Story Content Aspect 63.27 to 73.70, the Attitude Aspect 63.60 to 73.50, and Structural Aspects 60.57 to 74.10. And the average score of class VII C MTs N 2 Purwakarta students from the first meeting of the 1st cycle to the 2nd meeting of the 2nd cycle has increased with the acquisition of a compulsive average score of 74.08. Thefocus on student activities and teacher performance during learning was obtained from the following assessment results: (1) Assessment of student activities in the 1st cycle 33 and 43 in the 2nd cycle, with a percentage of 68.75% and 89.58%. (2) Teacher Performance Assessment in the 1st cycle 47 and 53 in the 2nd cycle, with percentages of 83.93% and 94.64%. ABSTRAKBahasa Arab adalah salah satu bahasa yang paling banyak digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan. Sayangnya, sebagaimana dalam banyak hal selalu ditemukan kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek atau antara potensi dan aktualisasi, maka kesenjangan yang sama juga terjadi dalam posisi bahasa Arab di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah, terutama di Madrash Tsanawiyah. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa berbicara bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII C MTs N 2 Purwakarta sebelum menerapkan role playing adalah 58,78. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menerapkan metode role playing yang mana siswa diberikan kesempatan untuk menggambarkan atau mengekspresikan suatu tokoh yang diperankan dan siswa-siswa lainnya mendapat tugas untuk mengamati tentang jalannya drama. Pada bagian tertentu misalnya di bagian tengah, guru dapat menghentikan drama dan memberi kesempatan pada siswa-siswa untuk mengeluarkan pendapat serta kritik mengenai materi pembelajaran yang sedang dipelajari. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa dari enam kriteria yang dinilai dari pertemuan pertama siklus ke-1 sampai dengan pertemuan ke-2 siklus ke-2 mengalami peningkatan, yaitu Aspek Pemahaman dari 61,40 menjadi 74,67, Aspek Pelafalan 62,47 menjadi 74,30, Aspek Komunikasi Interaktif 61,90 menjadi 74,23, Aspek Isi Cerita 63,27 menjadi 73,70, Aspek Sikap 63,60 menjadi 73,50, dan Aspek Struktur 60,57 menjadi 74,10. Dan nilai rata-rata kelas siswa VII C MTs N 2 Purwakarta dari pertemuan pertama siklus ke-1 sampai dengan pertemuan ke-2 siklus ke-2 mengalami peningkatan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata komulatif 74,08. Pengamatan terhadap aktivitas siswa dan kinerja guru selama pembelajaran berlangsung diperoleh hasil penilaian sebagai berikut: (1) Penilaian Aktifitas siswa pada siklus ke – 1 33 dan 43 pada siklus ke – 2, dengan prosentase 68,75% dan 89,58%. (2) Penilaia Kinerja Guru pada siklus ke – 1 47 dan 53 pada siklus ke – 2, dengan prosentase 83,93% dan 94,64%.

Abstract

Motivated by carrying out their duties as a teacher who must understand the curriculum, master the subject matter, use learning models, carry out assessments, refinement or enrichment in order to achieve better learning outcomes. The overall objective expected of this research is to collect data and information on problems regarding the effect of applying problem solving learning methods on students' critical thinking skills in class IX at Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri 2 Purwakarta. The research method used in this writing is Classroom Action Research, and is a type of research that can be carried out using a narrative, question and answer and discussion strategy approach, without leaving the teaching and learning process at school. The results of the research group 1 got 87 with an increase of 16%, group 2 with an increase of 21%, group 3 with an increase of 16%, group 3 with an increase of 17%, 4 points 90. The results of the accumulated observations of students in the 1st cycle 1st meeting to with the 2nd cycle of the 2nd meeting there was a 71% increase in student achievement such as in terms of activity and assessment, continuing to show itself in the three actions taken. Based on these results, the problem solving learning method for the critical thinking skills of class IX students showed a positive trend. ABSTRAKTermotivasi oleh pelaksanaan tugasnya sebagai guru yang harus memahami kurikulum, menguasai materi pelajaran, menggunakan model pembelajaran, melakukan penilaian, penyempurnaan atau pengayaan guna mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Tujuan keseluruhan yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi permasalahan tentang pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran problem solving terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa di di kelas IX Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri 2 Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dan merupakan jenis penelitian yang dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan strategi narasi, tanya jawab dan diskusi, tanpa meninggalkan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Hasiil penelitian kelompok 1 mendapat 87 dengan kenaikan 16%, kelompok 2 dengan kenaikan 21%, kelompok 3 dengan kenaikan 16%, kelompok 3 dengan kenaikan 17%, 4 poin 90. Hasil akumulasi observasi siswa pada siklus ke -1 pertemuan ke – 1 sampai dengan siklus ke – 2 pertemuan ke – 2 adalah 71% peningkatan yang di dapat dalam prestasi siswa seperti dalam hal keaktifan dan penilaian, terus menunjukkan dirinya dalam tiga tindakan yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut pada metode pembelajaran problem solving terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IX menunjukan tren positif.

Abstract

This research wants to describe the actualization of the state defense paradigm in the Qur'an. The concept is offered using the AN-NAML acronym, namely Attitude; Nationalism; nature; associations; manage; and Lovely. The AN-NAML concept is sourced from the contents of the letter An-Naml verses 1-66. The method used is descriptive qualitative through contextual analysis of the text of the verse, then finding correlations so that it can be applied as a standard of values ​​and knowledge. The results of this study indicate that the AN-NAML concept can help provide information on new findings and structured efforts to help the government actualize Al-Qur'an values ​​in the field of instilling state defense values. Attitude as a spiritual foundation, Nationalism as love for the motherland, Nature as an objective behavior, Association is able to socialize and work together, Manage has leadership, and Lovely so that love becomes the basis of attitude and speech.
