Abstract

Tamanggung District is an area development that has characteristics of agricultural land use. The development of Tamanggung District indirectly has an influence on the population and the need for residential land. This sub-district is growing very fast due to strategic area conditions, good infrastructure, adequate facilities and easy accessibility. The creation of good infrastructure tends to have an impact on increasing activity and space density. The development of settlements in Tamanggung District occurs rapidly without being matched by an increase in basic service facilities. The development of settlements causes an increase in building density (building disinfection). The density of this building causes pressure on residential land and it is feared that it can exceed the carrying capacity limit. The purpose of this study is to calculate the carrying capacity of residential land in Tamanggung District and calculate the optimal population carrying capacity of settlements. The results of the study of the carrying capacity of residential land in Tamanggung District still have land large enough to accommodate the existing population of 4 (four) times the current population. Based on the provisions of the carrying capacity of land for settlements, the DDPm of Tamanggung District is included in the category of DDP> 1 which indicates that the Tamanggung District is able to accommodate residents to live. Based on the results obtained from the calculation of the carrying capacity of residential land in Tamanggung District, if the population increases 4 times from the current population, which is 319,024 people, the available land is still able to accommodate residents in the Tamanggung District area.The content of the abstract, between 150-200 words, just one paragraph. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kebutuhan Air baik itu Domestik maupun Non Domestik di Wilayah Kecamatan Cakranegara Kabupaten Mataram. Dengan menggunakan analisis kebutuhan air domestik dan non domestik menggunakan data - data yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan air domestik menurut prediksi pada tahun 2025 adalah 10.453.650 liter untuk kebutuhan air non domestik peruntukan fasilitas sebesar 1.568.047,5 liter peruntukan kantor sebesar 1.568.047,5 liter peruntukan komersial sebesar 2.090.730 liter, dan peruntukan indutri sebesar 1.045.365 liter. sehingga kebutuhan air secara keseluruhan di wilayah kecamatan Cakranegara adalah 18.398.424 liter.

Abstract

Daya dukung lahan merupakan hal penting yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan tata ruang wilayah, agar mampu mendukung aktivitas pemanfaatan lahan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya dukung lahan permukiman di Kecamatan Tapango. Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan luas lahan permukiman yang apabila telah optimal digunakan dalam penggunalan lahan permukiman di Kecamatan Tapango. Manfaat penelitian adalah untuk membantu memastikan bahwa pembangunan di kawasan permukiman dilakukan dengan bijaksana, berkelanjutan, dan memperhatikan kepentingan jangka panjang masyarakat dan lingkungan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei Tahun 2023 di Kecamatan Tapango Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei langsung. Penentuan lokasi penelitian berdasarkan kebutuhan lahan permukiman yang tinggi. Jenis data penelitian berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data diantaranya yaitu metode wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Metode penentuan sampel berupa metode proposional sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini berupa Analisis Daya Dukung Lahan (DDL). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai DDL Permukiman Kecamatan Tapango sebesar 78,84 jiwa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yaitu daya dukung lahan permukiman Kecamatan Tapango rendah.
