Abstract

The most fundamental reason why economics arises and is needed by humans, is because human needs are unlimited while the resources to meet those needs are limited. To overcome this, there are two main things that become the orientation of economics, namely choosing and creating. Choosing related to consumption and distribution, and creating related to production. Thus, the three activities (production, distribution, and consumption) have a very important role in solving economic problems. Islam in its universal and comprehensive teaching also discusses how production, distribution and consumption should be done. Consumption patterns and production behavior determine the wheels of the economy. The Qur'an as a source of teachings, has teachings on consumption, production and distribution in addition to other economic activities. In the context of production, of course, Muslim producers should not be tempted at all by the habits and behaviors of economists who are committing sins, consuming illicit property, spreading hostility, contradicting the sunnatullah, and causing damage on earth. However, as sophisticated as a tool for calculating the blessings of Allah certainly will not count. In conceptual consumption there are several principles that must be obeyed by Muslim consumers, which include: the principle of halal and good, the principle of absence following the passions, the principle of gratitude. Islamic economic systems offer a system economic distribution which prioritizes the value of freedom of action and action based on religious teachings and the value of justice in ownership which is based on two joints, namely freedom and justice

Abstract

Startups are sufficiently growth in Indonesia to become a trend in business incubators that include college or university students. This is due to the incubationconcept and program offered to prospective entrepreneurs who have potential ideas inbusiness. Thus, research was conducted to determine the role of business incubators indeveloping startups in universities. But there are obstacles in developing startups,limited technology, leadership and management. The study was conducted at thePPKIB Incubator of STAINIM with a qualitative approach. The research method usedis the method of observation and literature review by collecting data that aims tosimplify the process. It can be seen how the government encourages businessincubators in developing startups and introducing business through technology. Theresearch objective is to increase innovation or creativity in developing successful newstartups in higher education. Seen from students utilizing the facilities at the AlphabetIncubator to develop small businesses in the digital industry to increase the workforce. Abstract

Dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19, masyarakat pengusaha kecil, mikro, dan ultramikro paling terkena dampak kelesuan ekonomi. Usaha makanan paling menanggung beban terberatnya selama pandemi ini yang penyebab utamanya lantaran tidak semua pemilik usaha memahami pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan platform online. Pandemi ini memaksa pemilik usaha untuk beralih strategi pemasaran, promosi dan transaksi yang semula konvensional menjadi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengusaha kecil, khususnya UMKM Martabak Mr.Jenggot guna menjawab tantangan pemasaran selama masa Pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi partisipatif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pembuatan logo, stiker, akun google, akun WhatsApp Business, Instagram dan Akun Grabfood. Harapan besarnya adalah pemilik usaha Martabak Jenggot mengalami peningkatan penjualan pada masa pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Pembangunan kaum muda dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Wonocolo Kota Sidoarjo melalui program pendampingan pendidikan berbasis masjid merupakan layanan sosial untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kesehatan. Masjid Besar Baiturrochim yang berlokasi di Desa Wonocolo Kelurahan Sepanjang Kota Sidoarjo tidak hanya sebagai tempat ibadah namun telah difungsikan sebagai pusat kegiatan sosial dan program Pendidikan bagi warga sekitar mengingat mayoritas mereka adalah kaum muslim. Bentuk-bentuk program pendampingan antara lain: (1) Program Mengajar Mengaji Anak-anak, (2) Program Kajian Remaja, (3) Program Jumat Berkah, (4) Program Pengajian Jamaah Masjid (5) Pusat Pengobatan Islami; hizamah gratis (6) Program Tebar Al Quran, (7) Program Santunan Anak Yatim. Dengan demikian, keberadaan Masjid Baiturrochim berfungsi sebagai sentral dan merupakan pusat aspirasi kaum muslimin. Masjid Besar Baiturrochim yang berlokasi di di Desa Wonocolo Kelurahan Sepanjang Kota Sidoarjo melalui peran Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid-nya telah mampu menanamkan pendidikan Islam bagi jamaah semua usia dan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kesehatan masyarakat sekitarnya. Pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Sepanjang melalui program pendampingan pendidikan berbasis masjid telah membuahkan perubahan perilaku positif pada penerima manfaatnya dan berimplikasi pada meningkatnya kesejahteraan dan kesehatan warga di Desa Wonocolo Kelurahan Sepanjang Kota Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Quality management is a phenomenon. Advanced culture that supports arts and crafts allows shoppers to choose goods with higher quality standards compared to the normal stuff. In a society that appreciates the arts and crafts, one of the tasks of the management company or owner of the company is the head of the workshop, as well as train and supervise employees and interns. The company sets the standard, assesses the work of the employees and orders rework or repair is necessary. Jobs in crafts have a limitation that is only capable of producing little other products, but has the advantage that each product can be made independently in accordance with the wishes of the customer. Craft work approach towards quality score is the primary input when the initial establishment of quality management as a part of management science.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia mengalami perubahan setiap tahunnya karena disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah dikarenakan nilai kurs yang semakin bertambah. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi variable independen adalah inflasi dan kurs dan variable dependennya adalah pdb per kapita, metodeanalisis yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahanalisisregresi linier berganda yang terdiridari uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi adjusted dihasilkan nilai R-squared sebesar 0,71. Nilai tersebut berarti bahwa variable nilai nominal transaksi Inflasi dan Kurs sebagai variable bebas tidak dapat menjelaskan variable hasil indeks saham syariah Indonesia sebagai variable terikat ( Y) sebesar 71% karena lebih besar yang dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model yaitus ebesar 29%.
