Abstract

Pariwisata menjadi sektor yang paling terdampak dari merebaknya pandemi Covid-19. Kondisi ini terjadi di seluruh dunia dalam berbagai ukuran dan dimensi. Adanya Sapta Pesona, tujuh syarat yang harus diterapkan dan disosialisasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat, dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan daya saing pariwisata. Hal ini mengacu pada dukungan dan peran masyarakat sebagai tuan rumah dalam menciptakan lingkungan dan suasana yang dapat mendorong tumbuh dan berkembangnya industri pariwisata melalui perwujudan ketujuh unsur tersebut. Desa Kebaron merupakan salah satu desa di Sidoarjo dengan lokasi wisata kebun jambu biji dan sangat kaya akan produk jambu biji. Di desa Kebaron di Sidoarjo ditanam berbagai varietas jambu biji di lahan seluas 5,5 hektar, ada sekitar 1.200 jambu biji. Salah satu kendala wisata petik jambu di desa Kebaroni adalah berkurangnya pengunjung pasca pandemi Covid-19 yang dimulai pada awal tahun 2020. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penambahan dan renovasi areal kebun dengan menambah infrastruktur penunjang. Berdasarkan analisis dengan mitra, ada beberapa persoalan yang perlu segera dibenahi.

Abstract

Tourism is the sector most affected by the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. This condition occurs all over the world in various sizes and dimensions. The existence of Sapta Pesona, seven conditions that must be applied and disseminated in people's daily lives, can increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of tourism. This refers to the support and role of the community as the host in creating an environment and atmosphere that can encourage the growth and development of the tourism industry through the embodiment of these seven elements. Kebaron Village is one of the villages in Sidoarjo with guava garden tourism sites and is very rich in guava products. In the village of Kebaron in Sidoarjo, various varieties of guava are planted in an area of 5.5 hectares, there are about 1,200 guavas. One of the obstacles to picking guava tourism in Kebaron village is the reduced number of visitors after the Covid-19 pandemic which started in early 2020. Therefore, it is necessary to add and renovate the garden area by adding supporting infrastructure. Based on the analysis with partners, there are several issues that need to be addresse dimmediately.

Abstract

Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Serving at the Junior High School which is located on Jl. Ki Suryo Jati Utara, Kedungturi Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, is the responsibility of our team. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. The planning stage (Planning), the organizing stage (Organizing), the implementation stage (Actuating), and the control stage are the first steps in improving the administrative services of the implemented school library. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.

Abstract

A tourism program called Kampung Wisata is being developed by the Surabaya City Government, such as Kampung Lawas Maspati. This village is considered one of the leading cultural assets and tourism potential in the city of Surabaya, with historical value and various cultural attractions. Even though it has profitable potential, its status as a Tourism Village faces a number of challenges, such as the government's weak role in managing cultural assets and modernization trends that threaten its existence. The number of tourists decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore this research was conducted to present and examine the development process so that tourism continues to operate in the midst of the pandemic. The concept used by researchers is Good Tourism Governance according to Bambang Sunaryo (2013). The data collection technique through observation, interviews and notes, at the Kampung Lawas Maspati Surabaya location is a type of qualitative research. The aim of this research is to apply the principles of Good Tourism Governance in the development of Kampung Lawas Maspati. The findings from researchers indicate that of the 10 principles of Good Tourism Governance, there are 2 principles that have not been fully fulfilled and implemented optimally, namely the principle of environmental tolerance and the principle of program monitoring and evaluation.
