Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan SemPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menemukan knowledge management dapat memberikan dampak yang ber-makna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi memberikan dampak yang bermakna terhadap kepuasan kerja bagi pegawai. Knowledge management dapat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.  Budaya organisasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja kerja bagi pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kinerja kerja pegawai.  Hasil uji mediasi menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kinerja pegawai, hasil uji mediasi pada penelitian ini yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor DPRD, di Kabupaten Maros. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of knowledge management and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on performance, and to analyze the influence of knowledge management and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. Data collection techniques through questionnaires with data analysis techniques using SemPLS 3.2.9. The results of the study found that knowledge management can have a significant impact on increasing employee job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction for employees. Knowledge Management can have a significant influence on improving employee performance. Organizational culture is able to improve work performance for employees. Job satisfaction can have a significant influence on improving employee work performance. The results of the mediation test found that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of knowledge management on employee performance.
