Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the level of workload, incentives, and non-physical work environment on the performance of the employees of the Majalengka Regency Social Service, and the magnitude of the influence of workload, incentives, and non-physical work environment partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the District Social Service. Majalengka. This study uses quantitative methods and descriptive analysis as well as multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, namely all 33 employees of the Majalengka Regency Social Service. and the performance of the crew is in the very good category. Partially, the workload and incentives have a significant effect while the non-physical work environment has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Majalengka Regency Social Service. The magnitude of the effect of workload, incentives, and non-physical work environment is 75.2% while the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) memahami implementasi program cooperative education (Co-op) dilihat dari perspektif administrasi pendidikan, (2) memahami prinsip-prinsip dan indikator kemitraan strategis, (3) memahami proses  pembelajaran  para  lulusan sarjana  menjadi wirausaha, (4) memahami kemanfaatan implementasi program Co-op,(5) memahami kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dan Telkom melalui program Co-op yang dapat meningkatkan minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha dan (6) menemukan alternatif sebuah rancangan model  kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dan dunia usaha melalui program cooperative education untuk meningkatkan minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha. Penelitian  ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan proses pengumpulan data  melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dan dunia usaha melalui program Co-op dengan menempatkan mahasiswa peserta program Co-op di UMKM terbukti meningkatkan minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha.  Kata Kunci:  model, kemitraan, cooperative education, minat dan wirausaha.                                                                          Abstract                                         The objective of this  research are, first: examine  an overview of the implementation program cooperative education (Co-op) as seen from the perspective of education administration. Second: examine the principles and indicators of the strategic partnership. Third: examine an overview of the process of learning the graduates to become entrepreneurs. Fourth: examine an overview of the implementation benefits of the Co-op program. Fifth: examine how the Co-op program can increase students ' interest in being entrepreneur. And sixth: finding an alternative to an initial model of partnership between universities and corporates through the cooperative education program  to enhance students' interest in becoming entrepreneur.  This study is using a qualitative approach with case study  as the research method. The data collection process is putting to use interview, observation, and study the documentation.  The conclusion of this study shows that a model of partnership between universities and corporates through the cooperative education program by the co-op student program placement in the UMKM has been proven improving students interest of being entrepreneur.   Key words: model, partnership, cooperative education, interest, and entrepreneur

Abstract

This study aims to examine how employee performance at PT Citra Putera Utama Pringsewu is impacted by the physical work environment, job satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships. The study was carried out at PT Citra Putera Utama Pringsewu, where a decline in employee performance had an effect on business performance. The Partial Least square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM 3.0) is the analysis method used in the quantitative research method. With a total of 70 respondents, 20 women and 50 men. This sampling method uses non-probability sampling and saturated sampling techniques. “The analysis's findings indicate a significant positive relationship between the physical workspace, employee satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships and performance. Employee performance is influenced by the physical work environment, which also has an impac to job satisfaction, human relation, and employee performance. Employee performance at PT Citra Putera Utama Pringsewu is indirectly impacted by the physical work place.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Primaraya Solusindo. Desain penelitian deskriptif dan kausal digunakan dalam penyelidikan saat ini, yang menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Metodologi akuisisi data menggunakan teknik sampling probabilitas, khususnya metode sampling Slovin. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 61 orang yang terafiliasi dengan PT Primaraya Solusindo. Metodologi analisis data terdiri dari analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terlihat memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara statistik dengan kinerja karyawan. Penting juga untuk mempertimbangkan dampak Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. 36% varian kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh variabel independen Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja, menurut temuan penelitian. Namun, 64% varian yang tersisa disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak diselidiki dalam penelitian ini.
