AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) memahami implementasi program cooperative education (Co-op) dilihat dari perspektif administrasi pendidikan, (2) memahami prinsip-prinsip dan indikator kemitraan strategis, (3) memahami proses pembelajaran para lulusan sarjana menjadi wirausaha, (4) memahami kemanfaatan implementasi program Co-op,(5) memahami kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dan Telkom melalui program Co-op yang dapat meningkatkan minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha dan (6) menemukan alternatif sebuah rancangan model kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dan dunia usaha melalui program cooperative education untuk meningkatkan minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan proses pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dan dunia usaha melalui program Co-op dengan menempatkan mahasiswa peserta program Co-op di UMKM terbukti meningkatkan minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha. Abstract The objective of this research are, first: examine an overview of the implementation program cooperative education (Co-op) as seen from the perspective of education administration. Second: examine the principles and indicators of the strategic partnership. Third: examine an overview of the process of learning the graduates to become entrepreneurs. Fourth: examine an overview of the implementation benefits of the Co-op program. Fifth: examine how the Co-op program can increase students ' interest in being entrepreneur. And sixth: finding an alternative to an initial model of partnership between universities and corporates through the cooperative education program to enhance students' interest in becoming entrepreneur. This study is using a qualitative approach with case study as the research method. The data collection process is putting to use interview, observation, and study the documentation. The conclusion of this study shows that a model of partnership between universities and corporates through the cooperative education program by the co-op student program placement in the UMKM has been proven improving students interest of being entrepreneur.
