Abstract

Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease characterized by high blood pressure. Hypertension if not treated properly can cause complications. Barriers to hypertension treatment are caused by several factors, namely non-compliance and lack of knowledge. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and adherence of patients with hypertension to the use of antihypertensive drugs in the outpatient installation of RSUD M.M. Dunda Gorontalo Regency. In this study, the author uses a cross sectional analysis research design. The population in this study were all hypertensive patients in RSUD M.M. Dunda Gorontalo Regency as many as 221 people with Non Probability Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling Technique. The independent variable is the knowledge of hypertension sufferers and the dependent variable is the adherence to taking antihypertensive drugs, the instrument in this study uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Spearmen Rank test with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the research, it can be seen that 36 respondents (64.3%) have sufficient knowledge and 20 (35.7%) have good knowledge, in the respondents, 28 (50.0%) adherence to taking antihypertensive drugs are not obedient, 21 (37.5%) Moderately obedient, 7 (12.5%) complied with taking medication. The results of the Chi-Square test show a probability value of p value 0.393 (p> 0.05), then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no relationship between knowledge and adherence of patients with hypertension to the use of antihypertensive drugs in the outpatient installation of RSUD MM Dunda, Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

This research aimed to give an overview about the examination results of Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (SGOT) and Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (SGPT) levels of farmers at Padengo Village, sub-district of Dengilo district Pohuwato. This research used a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The type of data used was primary data in the form of the results of the research and the secondary data were in the form of data from literature, books and documents. The sampling used simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 29 farmers. The results showed that from the examination of SGOT and SGPT levels, the percentage of normal levels was 69.0% while the percentage of abnormal levels was 31.0%. Based on the length of work of the rice farmers in Padengo Village, for the working period of more than 10 years, the percentage of abnormal SGOT and SGPT levels was 24.1% while the percentage of normal SGOT and SGPT levels was 75.8%; for the working period of less than 5 years, the percentage of abnormal SGOT and SGPT levels was 6.8% but no normal SGOT and SGPT levels were found

Abstract

Pandemi virus corona-19 telah bemberikan tekanan berat bagi perekonomian dunia, tidak terkecuali Indonesia yang juga mengalami tekanan serupa dengan negara lainnya. Tekanan tersebut dapat dilihat dari kondisi pertumbuhan ekonomi pada triwulan I-IV yang masing-maing sebesar 2,97, -5,32, -3,49, -2,19 dan secara year to year tahun 2020 sebesar -2,07 (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2020). Kondisi tersebut memperjelas bahwa virus corona tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan namun juga pada semua tatanan perekonomian. Pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19 dapat dilakukan dengan penyemprotan cairan desinfektan pada benda-benda sekitar. Berdasarkan kandungan bahannya ternyata disinfektan merupakan cairan yang berbahaya bagi manusia. Masih kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat terkait penggunaan bahan-bahan alami sebagai disinfektan. Luaran dari kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pehaman kepada aparatur desa tentang cara pembuatan desinfektan agar bisa di implementasikan pada masyarakat tentang pembuatan desinfektan. Dari program kerja yang di jalankan tersebut mendapatkan respon baik dari masyarakat dan aparatur desa, sebab dengan adanya bimbingan teknis ini mereka dapat mengetahui cara pembuatan desinfektan sehingga bisa membuatnya dirumah masing-masing.
