Abstract

Pergaulan remaja dapat ditemui dimana saja mulai di lingkungan keluarga sampai masyarakat umum yang membutuhkan adanya tata cara bergaul sehingga akan ditemui kehidupan yang damai dan rukun, apalagi remaja yang pada zaman sekarang menghadapi zaman yang penuh dengan tantangan dan godaan, apalagi yang berhubungan dengan gaya. Bentuk penyimpangan yang di lakukan oleh masing-masing personal remaja maupun kolektif dapat menjadi salah satu pelanggaran pada tata nilai masyarakat destruktif dan berskonsekuensi pada individu itu sendiri maupun sosial masyarakat seperti perilaku-perilaku remaja yang di luar batas norma dan ketentuan masyarakat yang berlaku serta masalah kriminalitas yang dominannya oknumnya ialah kaum remaja. Tujuan penelitian yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sanksi adat awig-awig sebagai nilai konseling bagi remaja berprilaku menyimpang. Adapun masyarakat remaja kampung Kecicang Islam dalam peroses pemberian nilai-nilai konseling menggunakan beberapa tahapan dalam menanagani perilaku menyimpang masyarakat. Diantaranya dengan pemberian arahan (directing), pemberian nasihat, sanksi dan treatment, terminasi.

Abstract

In developing a business, a person cannot be separated from the help of others. So that other people become partners in running a business. As the case in Bintang Jaya Abadi Travel Service Agency in Banyuwangi and Ayu Lestari Restaurant in Situbondo. Both of them enter into a cooperation contract in order to promote their businesses. Bintang Jaya Abadi Travel Service Agency wants to progress with the increase in customers or enthusiasts. This is inseparable from the existence of good services and facilities. Likewise, Ayu Lestari Restaurant wants to move forward. The cooperation contract that they do is in writing. However, with other travel service agencies, restaurants also use written cooperation. The cooperation contracts they do are sale and purchase agreements and greetings (orders). The contract between them is in accordance with the shari'ah objective, namely safeguarding property (hifdz al-maal). One form of action that can keep property so that it is used for right actions is the enactment of transactions, meaning that the transactions they carry out are in accordance with the principles of Islamic law.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a coaching module for supervisors of SMK in Situbondo Regency. This module developed from the school supervisor's workbook that was published by the development center of education personal of human resource development, education quality assurance the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia in 2015. The development was carried out on the discussion of SMK relation with business world and industry world. The development of this module is supplemented with supervision support instruments as a supervisory guide in conducted monitoring, evaluation of SMK activities program involving business world, and industry world. Product validation test of this research is conducted by material experts, linguists and supervisors as product users. The validation results of materials, experts and users if converted on a Likert scale, a scale of 5 indicates that were good qualification, achievement level (%) 75 - 89 revisions as necessary.

Abstract

Learning model conducted by the teacher to implement this MaSaKo method by using cooperative learning model which includes the preparation of the syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in accordance with the steps of Cooperative Learning MaSaKo Method. Therefore planning is very necessary and influences the learning process so that it becomes directed and runs in accordance with the expected goals of making students active learning so that learning outcomes can be like. The development of the application of cooperative learning model is produce the Market Share Knowledge (MaSaKo) method, this method as a whole can increase student activity and support the achievement of the learning objectives of Islamic Religious Education. Besides that, it can also be seen that cooperative learning model is also able to improve critical and analytical thinking skills.

Abstract

The figure of a Kiai as the director of Ma'had Aly Sukorejo Situbondo is very crucial in motivating lecturers’ work.This research aims to find and to analyze the role and the strategies of Kiai in enhancing the lecturers’ work motivation. It uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes inductive analysis through reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The role of Kiai's leadership in enhancing lecturers’ work motivation at Ma'had Aly Sukorejo Situbondo is in his capacity as a competitive supervisor in every lecturer’s ability to increase personal awareness so can do work based on main duties and functions (TUPOKSI), by giving an example and spiritual guidance before instructing. The Kiai's strategy as the director of Ma'had Aly are holds a meeting with masyayikh, maintain sustainable control to Ma'had Aly 's regulation, buildsan adjacency with all elements (egalitarian), uses uswatun hasanah approach and Sufistic strategies, discipline in carrying out the duties. The positive impact of the strategies of Kiai in enhancing the lecturers’ work motivation at Ma'had Aly Sukorejo is the lecturers respect him more, dare to express their aspirations, but still maintain politeness.
