Abstract

This article examines the effect of business capital, wages and labor on the level of furniture production in Jeneponto Regency for the period 2015-2019. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach. In this study, there are four variables that will be related to the extent to which the relationship between the variables related to the independent variables affects each other. The variables in question are business capital, wages, labor and production of all business units in Jeneponto Regency. Processing data from the regression equation can be seen with the Ordinary Least Square Method. By using the SPSS software program. The results of this study indicate that business capital and labor have a significant positive effect both partially and simultaneously on the level of furniture production in Jeneponto Regency. The increase of the three variables (business capital, wages and labor) will have a positive impact on efforts to increase mabel production in Jeneponto Regency.Keywords: Furniture Production, Jeneponto Regency, Business Capital, Wages, LaborArtikel ini mengulas tentang pengaruh modal usaha, upah dan tenaga kerja terhadap tingkat produksi mebel di kabupate jeneponto periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Pada penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel yang akan saling dihubungkan sejauh mana hubungan variabel terkait dengan variabel bebas tersebut saling mempengaruhi. Variabel-variabel yang dimaksud yaitu modal usaha, upah, tenaga kerja dan produksi dari semua unit usaha yang ada di wilayah kabupaten jeneponto. Pengolahan data-data dari persamaan regresi dapat diketahui dengan Metode Kuadrat Kecil. Dengan menggunakan program software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap tingkat produksi mebel di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Peningkatan dari ke tiga variabel (modal usaha, upah dan tenaga kerja) akan memeberikan dampak positif terhadap upaya peningkatan produksi mabel di Kabupaten Jeneponto.Kata Kunci: Produksi Mebel, Kabupaten Jeneponto, Modal Usaha, Upah, Tenaga Kerja.

Abstract

This study describes the factors that influence the supply of labor in the informal sector of Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency (the street vendor sub-sector) including hours of work, capital, education level, number of dependents and gender of the supply of labor in the informal sector. This research is a type of quantitative research with an explanatory approach using primary data. Primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely street vendors in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency as many as 47 respondents. This data was tabulated with the excel program and processed with the help of SPSS version 24 software. The results of the study through the multiple linear regression analysis method showed that there was a significant effect on the variables of working hours, capital and gender on the supply of labor in the informal sector. Meanwhile, the variables of education level and number of dependents did not significantly affect the supply of labor in the informal sector. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the number of family members and education on the consumption patterns of poor households in Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data with a total of 30 respondents. The research technique used is documentation and semi-structured interviews related to this research. The test was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the number of family members has a positive and significant effect on the consumption pattern of poor households. Education has no significant effect on the consumption pattern of poor households. However, simultaneously the number of family members and education have a significant effect on the consumption patterns of poor households.
