Abstract

PT Kemakmuran Jaya Mandiri ialah sebuah usaha yang bergerak di sektor penjualan kendaraan roda dua Honda turut melayani jasa reparasi motor honda. Banyaknya pelanggan yang kurang merasa puas dengan kinerja mekanik dan ruang tunggu yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Dengan permasalahan yang ada perlu dilakukan analisa kepuasan konsumen agar perusahaan mengetahui atribut mana yang akan diperbaiki. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner yang berisikan 15 pertanyaan sebanyak 40 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis dan Lean Service. Importance Perfomance Analysis digunakan untuk mengetahui atribat manakah yang memiliki kepentingan tinggi. Lean Service untuk menghilangkan waste aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah. Hasil dari penelitian ini, berdasarkan pada diagram kartesius terdapat 3 atribut pelayanan yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi namun memiliki kinerja yang rendah. Atribut tersebut yaitu, dimensi daya tanggap, keahlian, dan empati. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dengan membuat usulan berdasarkan metode Lean Service dan penggambungan antara proses pengecekan motor dengan proses konsumen mendaftar serta menghapus pengecekan akhir.

Abstract

UMKM Titik Terang Konveksi is a company that produces jersey. There are 3 types of defects, namely untidy stitching, the screen printing color is not bright enough, and the fabric is folded during the press process, which increases production costs. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause defects and their solutions to minimize losses using Six Sigma and Kaizen. From 759 products October 2022 there are 109 defects. DPMO values48265.41 and valuesigma 2,933 were caused by human, machine, method, material, and environmental factors. Proposed improvements, namely providing an understanding of product quality, reprimanding employees, providing job training,. Cleaning the machine before and after use, checking machine components and replacing them if necessary, supervising operators regarding machine operation according to SOP Making SOPs, implementing SOPs continuously and continuously. Check and store good raw materials. Adding blowers, increasing ventilation, rearranging rooms used for storage and production, placing goods/tools according to their functions and uses, disposing of unused items, making tool and item shelves, expanding the building. Then the addition of 5S posters so that the work environment is always well organized. Thus, the factors that cause defects will be reduced and minimize losses.

Abstract

MSME Tofu Bu Ida is a processed tofu business located in Sengkan RT 07 RW 59 Njoho Depok, Sleman. Along with the development of MSME Tofu Bu Ida, which has long started a business since 1980, it turns out that these MSME are still found errors and product defects in every production process. The general problem in MSME Tofu Bu Ida is that there are defective production results and an undisciplined workforce. These problems certainly interfere with the production process and partially inhibit and reduce product quality. This research produces data containing several types of tofu damage accompanied by the amount of damage and corrective steps that can be taken to overcome the problem.The results of the analysis show that there is a lot of damage that occurs during the production process, therefore it is necessary to provide repairs to prevent damage from continuing. Improvement steps that can be taken are using a tofu cutter, using a press, increasing lighting, and establishing SOP.
