<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the leverage ratio and profitability ratios in assessing the dividend policy (DPR) at PT. Semen Batu Raja, Tbk. This research is a three-variable research using a qualitative descriptive research method. Namely, the independent variables are the leverage ratio and profitability ratios and the dependent variable is the dividend policy, (DPR) data obtained by documentation and library techniques. Data analysis using case studies (non-hypothesis). Based on the results of the analysis of the leverage ratio as measured by the debt-to-asset ratio at PT. Semen Batu Raja, Tbk for the last five years, namely the 2016-2020 period, the average value was 35.30% according to industry standards, and the profitability ratio as measured by the net profit margin ratio for the last 5 years averaged 6.48% including in the very good category, while the dividend policy as measured by the dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 49.14% is included in the good category. Based on the analysis of the leverage ratio (DAR) in assessing dividend policy (DPR) its contribution is 1.38% and the profitability ratio in assessing dividend policy (DPR) contributes 29.84% together the leverage ratio and profitability ratio in assessing policy dividends (DPR) at PT. Semen Batu Raja. Tbk for the last five years has an average contribution of 31.17% and the rest is contributed by other factors not examined in this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasio leverage dan rasio profitabilitas dalam menilai kebijakan dividen (DPR) pada PT. Semen Batu Raja, Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tiga variabel dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Yaitu variabel bebasnya adalah rasio leverage dan rasio profitabilitas dan variabel terikatnya adalah kebijakan dividen, (DPR) data diperoleh dengan teknik dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Analisis data menggunakan studi kasus (nonhipotesis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis rasio leverage yang diukur dengan debt to asset ratio pada PT. Semen Batu Raja, Tbk selama lima tahun terakhir yaitu periode 2016-2020 nilai rata-rata sebesar 35,30% sesuai standar industri, dan rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan rasio net profit margin selama 5 tahun terakhir rata-rata sebesar 6,48% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan dividend payout ratio (DPR) sebesar 49,14% termasuk dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan analisis rasio leverage (DAR) dalam menilai kebijakan dividen (DPR) kontribusinya sebesar 1,38% dan rasio profitabilitas dalam menilai kebijakan dividen (DPR) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 29,84% dan secara bersama-sama rasio leverage dan rasio profitabilitas dalam menilai kebijakan dividen ( DPR) di PT. Semen Batu Raja.Tbk selama lima tahun terakhir memiliki kontribusi rata-rata sebesar 31,17% dan sisanya disumbang oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.]]>
