Abstract

Jumlah penyediaan air selalu meningkat sejalan dengan kemajuan dan peningkatan taraf kehidupan. Tumbuhnya depot air minum isi ulang tidak diimbangi dengan perijinan pembinaan pengawasan dan peredarannya. Dampaknya adalah rendahnya jaminan kualitas air minum yang berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian bagi kesehatan. Masalah penelitian adalah bagaimana hubungan hygiene sanitasi depot air minum isi ulang dengan jumlah Coliform air minum. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan hygiene sanitasi depot air minum isi ulang dengan jumlah Coliform air minum. Metode penelitian adalah explanatory research dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh depot air minum di Kabupaten Demak yang berjumlah 136 depot. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 depot dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan jumlah coliform dalam air minum adalah hygiene operator (p=0.001) dan variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan jumlah coliform dalam air minum adalah sanitasi depot air minum isi ulang (p=0.05). Simpulan penelitian, ada hubungan antara hygiene operator dengan jumlah coliform dalam air minum. Total water supply is increasing in line with the progress and improvement of living standards. Growing depot refill drinking water is not matched with the supervision and guidance of licensing its circulation. The impact is low drinking water quality assurance that could potentially cause diseases. The research problem was how relation of hygiene sanitation depot refill with the total Coliform of drinking water. Research purpose to determine the relationship of hygiene sanitation depot refill with the total Coliform of drinking water. The method of research was explanatory research with cross sectional design. Whole population were drinking water depot in Demak, amounts to 136 depots. The total samples as 38 depots by simple random sampling. The instrument used were observation sheets and laboratory examinations. The results showed that the variable related to amount of coliform in drinking water was hygiene operator (p=0.001) and the variable that has not related to amount of coliform in drinking water was sanitary depot (p=0.05). The conclusions, there was a relationship between the hygiene of operators with total coliform in drinking water.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antar hygiene sanitasi depot air minum isi ulang dengan jumlah Coliform air minum.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menjelaskan (explanatory research) dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh depot air minum di Kabupaten Demak yang berjumlah 136 depot.Jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 DAMIU dengan teknik simple random sampling.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan pemeriksaan laboratorium.Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel hygiene operator (p=0.001) berhubungan dan sanitasi DAMIU (p=0.05) tidak berhubungan dengan variabel jumlah coliform dalam air minum.Mempertimbangkan hasil penelitian, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Demak perlu merumuskan peraturan yang bersifat mengikat agar pemilik DAMIU menjaga hygiene sanitasi karena  pentingnya hygiene sanitasi dalam usaha menjaga kesehatan masyarakat sehingga inspeksi hygiene sanitasi perlu menjadi syarat dalam perijinan/ijin usaha DAMIU

Abstract

Tenaga kesehatan professional seperti perawat yang secara langsung berinteraksi dengan pasien dalam jangka waktu lama dan terus menerus dapat menimbulkan terjadinya gejala burnout. Ada beberapa hal yang dapat menyebabkan burnout pada pekerja terutama di area pekerjaan (Area of worklife) yang terdiri dari beban kerja, kontrol, reward,  komunitas, keadilan, dan nilai. terdapat banyak penelitian tentang burnout dan konsekuensi yang timbul seperti job satisfaction, kurang berkomitmen untuk perusahaan, dengan demikian lebih mungkin untuk berhenti dari pekerjaan mereka. Namun sejauh ini fenomena burnout masih belum mendapat perhatian serius dari pihak manajemen, meskipun sudah banyak hasil penelitian yang memperlihatkan bahwa burnout menurunkan efektifitas organisasi. Oleh karena itu penulis berusaha untuk menganalisis faktor risiko dan konsekuensi burnout Pada perawat di rumah sakit swasta di jakarta. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional untuk menganalisis 3 dimensi burnout serta hubungan dengan faktor predisposisi area of worklife serta efeknya terhadap kepuasan kerja, keinginan untuk keluar dan komitmen pekerja pada perusahaan. Usia, masa kerja dan jenis kelamin. berhubungan emotional exhaustion,  jenis kelamin dan status pernikahan berhubungan terhadap cynicism dan lack of personal efficacy. area of worklife (workload, control, reward, community, fairness, value) yang memiliki hubungan dengan burnout (exhaustion, cynicism, lack of personal efficacy). Burnout yang berhubungan dengan konsekuensi dari burnout. Burnout memiliki hubungan/pengaruh mediasi antara faktor risiko burnout dan konsekuensi Burnout.

Abstract

Disasters that occur apart from natural factors are also caused by human activities. Almost all activities carried out by humans will have an impact on environmental damage and subsequently have an impact on disasters for humans themselves. Kudus Regency, in 2019 there were 28 flood events, 9 landslides and 167 fire incidents, although only 2 schools were affected. For this reason, early knowledge is needed, especially for students who are future agents who can reduce activities that can cause natural damage. The school literacy movement is expected to spur the formation of this mindset by inserting disaster literacy materials which include reading books, discussions and simulations. Community service for students at SD Negeri 1 Kaliwungu uses a method that is carried out by inserting disaster literacy materials in the school literacy movement program, as well as training students on emergency response. The main target is elementary school students in Kaliwungu District, Kudus Regency. The output of this community service is publication in scientific journals, students of SDN 1 Kaliwungu gain increased knowledge and skills in disaster so that they can be applied in everyday life.

Abstract

The application of safety induction should not only be carried out in the industrial environment but starting from the educational environment, especially vocational education that is oriented to the working world, it is necessary to introduce practical OSH in accordance with the development of each field of work. (Noviansyah: 2020). Community service to the students of SMK GANESA Demak is carried out from 22 December 2021 to 23 February 2023 using the training method with the main target being students of SMK GANESA Demak. The output of this community service is publication in scientific journals & students at SMK GANESA Demak get increased knowledge and skills in OSH so that they can be applied in everyday life.

Abstract

Noise in the industrial sector of a company caused by the use of machines and working tools to support the production process. Noise levels that exceed the threshold limit can lead to hearing loss and the risk of damage to the ears, both temporary and permanent after exposure for a certain period of time without the use of adequate protective equipment. This potential risk encourages governments in various countries to make regulations that limit the level of noise in the industry. This research was carried out by observing and measuring directly on the research object, namely by using a Sound Level Meter and repeating the data 4 times at each point of data collection on noise intensity. An analysis of the noise intensity in the PT XYZ Bintan fabrication area was carried out in order to create a working environment that is safe, comfortable and conducive and can overcome the hazards caused by the noise generated. The noise level in the PT XYZ Bintan fabrication area does not fully meet the standard noise standards in the work environment according to the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 5 of 2018, which is 85 dBA. The results of capturing the distribution of Leq noise that have been made show that the noise level at Workshop 5 and Workshop 8 has passed the required quality standards, namely 95.1 dBA and 93.5 dBA respectively. While Workshop 9 and Workshop 10 the noise level was close to the quality standard, namely 84.3 dBA and 84.8 dBA. Mitigation efforts that have been carried out by PT XYZ Bintan are hearing protection including the use of hearing protection devices, audiometric testing as well as motivation and reduction of noise problems.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in Pencak Silat, a traditional martial art, is essential to ensure safety and well-being of practitioners during training and competitions. OHS in sports refers to a set of measures and practices designed to identify, prevent, and reduce risks of injury or health damage that may arise during activities. Pencak Silat is a martial art with deep roots in the cultural heritage of Southeast Asian countries, particularly Indonesia. It involves combat movements such as strikes, kicks, throws, and grappling, which can lead to injuries if not performed correctly or without appropriate protective gear. Community Service to participants in pencak silat student activity unit is carried out at 10 June & 17 June 2023 using training method that highlighting key points regarding OHS in Pencak Silat such as, risk assesment, protective equipment, provision of safe facilities, adequate supervision, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement. The output of this community service is publication in scientific journals & Poltekun pencak silat participants can gain knowledge of OHS to be applied when practicing or competing. By emphasizing OHS in Pencak Silat, a safe and healthy environment can be created, allowing practitioners to train and compete with confidence, enhance their skills, and promote Pencak Silat as a whole.

Abstract

Disaster simulation in schools has become an increasingly important aspect of efforts to improve student preparedness and safety in various countries. This article explains the importance of disaster simulation as an effective tool for preparing students to face various natural disasters and emergency incidents in the school environment. This simulation method has been proven to increase students' understanding of the actions to be taken during emergency situations, as well as providing opportunities to identify potential risks and weaknesses in school emergency plans. The methodology used in this article includes literature analysis, case studies, and a review of disaster simulation programs that have been implemented in various schools. The research results show that disaster simulations are effective in increasing student preparedness and reducing the potential negative impacts of disasters in the school environment. The discussion includes the benefits, challenges, and policy implications of using disaster simulations in schools. The conclusion of this article is that disaster simulation is an important investment in student safety and preparedness, and needs to continue to be improved in educational contexts.
