Abstract

Teachers are required to improve their performance so that they can become professional teachers. The better the professionalism of the teacher, the better the quality of education. That is why teachers need to be given the opportunity to improve their performance, namely through teacher professionalism training. This tudy aims to describe the reality of teacher professionlism training, teacher performance, and the relationship beetween teacher professionalism training and teacher performance. Thi research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosyidiyah as many 33 teachers and the sampling was saturated. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation study. The research instrument test used validity and reliability test, while the data analysis use correlation analysis. The result showed that the teacher professionalism training and teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosyidiyah were in the high category. Based on the result of the correlation analysis, it is stated that there is significant relationship between teacher professionalism training an teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosyidiyah of 0.785, which means that teh level of the relationship is in the strong category, so that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. The contribution of teacher professionalism training to teacher performance was 61.5%, this means that 38.5% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Conflict will have a positive value if it can be managed properly through conflict management that is built by a leader. The principal becomes the leader or leader in running the organization of school education institutions. The role of the Situraja PGRI SMA principal is certainly required to be able to manage the conflicts that occur at the Situraja PGRI SMA. This study aims to find out how the principal's strategy is in managing conflict and organizational behavior that occurs in SMA PGRI Situraja. The method used in this research is qualitative research and the type of research includes field research. The results of this study indicate that school principals manage conflict with strategies of collaboration, accommodation and compromise. Through these three ways of handling conflict the school principal is proven to be able to prevent, avoid, and be able to minimize the impact of conflict in the SMA PGRI Situraja school environment, as well as the realization of teamwork performance where the principal and all teachers can contribute according to their capacities and abilities so that stakeholders can achieve the best results in seeking the right solution.

Abstract

Manajemen konflik dapat diartikan sebagai cara penyusunan atau strategi dalam mengatasi sebuah konflik yang sedang terjadi dan mengendalikannya untuk menghasilkan sebuah harapan yang diinginkan bersama dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun analisis dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif. Implementasi manajemen konflik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah di SMP IT Al Mustaqimiyyah sudah berjalan cukup baik. Hanya saja kepala sekolah kurang dalam berkomunikasi, baik dengan bawahannya maupun dengan para siswanya. Maka untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen konflik di sekolah ialah dengan berusaha membangun komunikasi dengan baik dan mempelajari hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sifat setiap individu, karena sifat setiap individu tentunya berbeda-beda di sekolah.

Abstract

Adolescence is a time when humans search for their own identity. Many of them cannot find their identity as a result of some of their influences. Until now, various forms of juvenile delinquency are often found. However, it is difficult to eliminate the forms of risk of deviant behavior carried out by teenagers today because this is influenced by friends, family, parents or schools. This study aims to determine the extent to which schools can manage the risk of juvenile delinquency in their students. With research conducted qualitatively, it gives the result that schools manage the risk of delinquency by conducting seminars, guidance from counseling teachers and so on. If, it is found that students violate it, the school will give a warning before taking further action, namely expelling them from school.

Abstract

A good Conflict Management Policy is a benchmark for successful work productivity. Work productivity is a collection of various tasks to achieve educational goals. This study aims to find out how the application of conflict management policies in increasing work productivity at MTs Plus Darul Hufadz. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a strategy to examine and find out the meaning of groups or individuals related to social problems. In research, it includes discussions and visible processes, analyzes materials and data in an inductive way, builds them from specific things to general things, and researchers make shapes regarding the meaning of the data in question. The results of the study show that the Application of Conflict Management Policies in Increasing Work Productivity at MTs Plus Darul Hufadz can have a positive impact. With effective policies in place, conflicts between staff and school members can be resolved in a constructive way, creating a harmonious and collaborative work environment.

Abstract

Effective leadership communication is very important in achieving organizational goals, including in the school context. The inability of school principals to resolve conflicts between teachers and students can cause serious problems that impact learning activities. At Kiyafatul Achyar High School, Bandung City, there was a conflict between teachers and students due to communication errors and non-technical disputes. The purpose of this research is to find out patterns, obstacles and solutions to leadership communication in conflict resolution at Kifayatul Achyar High School. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Research on leadership communication in conflict resolution at Kifayatul Achyar High School in Bandung City shows that interpersonal, group, and organizational communication patterns are used in conflict resolution. Obstacles faced include differences of opinion, lack of facilities, and teachers who teach outside their area of expertise. The proposed solutions involve deliberation, submission of proposals, and evaluation. This research is expected to encourage schools to optimize leadership communication skills, provide communication media, and increase activities that involve conflict resolution.

Abstract

There are always risks in human life, be it in the activities of individuals, organizations, institutions, companies, or even goverments. As humans, we need to be careful and make the right calculations in everything because risks are usually considered as adverse events. Therefore, to always be able to face risks in various unpredictable situations, risk management is needed. Qualitative methods were used by the author to obtain data about the Al-Hadi Vocational School Curriculum through interviews and literature reviews. The aim of this research is to find out whether risk management can help Improve the quality of education at Al-Hadi Vocational School through the process of improving the quality of education. To improve the quality of education, risk management is very important to reduce risks that have occurred and will occur in educational institutions.
