Wirausahawan ialah orang yang mampu berinovasi dalam menciptakan usaha baru berdasarkan peluang yang ada untuk mencapai keberhasilan dari tujuannya. Salah satu faktor dalam keberhasilan berwirausaha adalah motivasi yang tinggi untuk berwirausaha. Kewirausahaan saat ini mulai berkembang secara bertahap seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi.Penelitian ini bertujuan umtuk menggambarkan motivasi wirausaha berdasarkan studi literatur yang komprehensif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu review literatur dengan menggunakan pemahaman data-data penelitian terdahulu yang bersumber dari refrensi jurnal di internet yang berkaitan dengan motivasi wirausahawan. Berdasarkan kajian tersebut ditemukan bahwa motivasi berwirausaha pada dipengaruhi oleh 3 faktor utama antara lain : Keinginan untuk keluar dari pekerjaan yang membatasi mereka, keinginan untuk keluar dari pengawasan, dan menolak stereotip sosial yang cenderung dipaksakan. Motivasi utama wirausaha adalah fleksibilitas profesional pekerjaan, kemandirian finansial, kemampuan mengambil resiko, status sosial, bekerja secara mandiri dan pengangguran telah memotivasi memulai usaha kecil.

Teenagers experience problems due to not achieving needs, for example they want to be recognized as adults but their behavior still looks like children. If adolescents fail to develop a sense of identity, then adolescents will lose their way and have a bad impact on their development. Frustration can lead the individual to aggressive behavior because frustration for the individual is an unpleasant situation and the individual wants to overcome or avoid it in various ways, notonly in an aggressive way. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors causing the emergence of prejudiced and frustrated relationships with aggressive behavior of adolescents. This study utilizes the study literatur review. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that the causes of adolescents to take aggressive actions are due to: (1) Internal Factors (a) Weak Self-Control can be difficult to control emotions, therefore a person who has weak self-control will easily act aggressively on anyone. (b) The occurrence of frustration Because a bad event causes the subject to become frustrated with his current life. (c) Gender differences.

Masa remaja remaja adalah masa menuju kedewasaan, Remaja mulai memusatkan diri pada perilaku yang dihubungkan dengan status yang dewasa, perilaku yang sering terlihat di lingkungan masyarakat sekitar kita seperti merokok. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan metode yang digunakan studi literature. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kajian teoritis dari beberapa pencarian jurnal online seperti google scholar dan publish or perish. Pencarian jurnal publikasi menggunakan kata kunci penelusuran yaitu konformitas teman sebaya, perilaku merokok. Berdasarkan kajian tersebut ditemukan bahwa terdapat dua bentuk konformitas teman sebaya yakni bentuk konformitas penerimaan (acceptance) dan bentuk konformitas pemenuhan (compliance). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini remaja yang melakukan perilaku merokok rata-rata memiliki konsep diri yang rendah. Akibat dari konsep diri yang rendah pada remaja mudah dipengaruhi teman sebaya untuk mengikuti atau meniru pergaulan yang buruk salah satunya perilaku merokok.

Perilaku bullying merupakan tindakan untuk menyakiti, mengancam, meneror, melukai, dan mengejek yang dilakukan oleh satu atau lebih individu terhadap individu lainnya. Bullying yang terjadi di antara para remaja adalah bullying dengan teman sebaya. Mereka yang merasa di tolak sulit menerima sehingga membuat remaja terus melakukan apa yang dibutuhkan dan diinginkan oleh teman sebaya. Salah satunya adalah bullying yang saat ini menjadi fenomena yang sangat kuat. Ada beberapa faktor yang membuat remaja mampu melakukannya salah satunya adalah dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan orang tua. Dengan adanya faktor-faktor tersebut membuat remaja sangat yakin untuk melakukan perilaku bullying. Adapun jenis bullying salah satunya antara lain fisik dan verbal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi literature, informasi yang didapat dari kajian atau penelitian sebelumnya yang sudah ada.

Stress at work is something that often happens to employees. Most people are their own worst enemy when it comes to stress. They throw themselves into long hour, high stress jobs while simultaneously adding even more stress outside of work by needlessly stacking commitments and responsibilities that trap even more. This stress could have implications well if stresssors stimulate the levels that can be compensated, this is called eustress. Otherwise, if it is excessive, it can cause distress, then the role of eustress can help employees in dealing with work stress problems. This study aims to describe the role of eustress. During the development of children who are still at an early age, parents must pay more serious attention to children, because the developmental period of early childhood is a period that is easy to shape personality in child development. The purpose of this study was to build self-confidence in children who are in the developmental stage. A child's self-confidence can be built by parents in various ways, this method can be done in daily life in carrying out activities with children such as being a good listener to children, showing respect, providing opportunities for children to help, listening to children's opinions, train children's independence, give praise to children when doing good, help children be more optimistic, cultivate children's interests and talents, invite children to solve problems, give children opportunities to play together with their friends. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using literature studies, information obtained from existing studies or previous research.

This One way for a company to survive in the midst of increasingly fierce competition is to provide satisfactory service to consumers. Consumers who feel their needs are being met will not move to another place. Therefore, the company must have employees who are ready to provide excellent service or what is commonly referred to as excellent service to consumers. In providing excellent service as an effort to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty, the company that provides services can be guided by the service excellence variables, namely: Ability, Attitude, Appearance, Attention. ), Action (Action), Responsibility (Accounttability). The application of the principles of excellent service aims to improve service to customers or consumers so that they are more optimal and able to achieve company goals.
