Abstract

Every organization in a government agency has a mission to achieve. Achievement of goals and objectives that have been set through a performance accountability system which is a general indicator for measuring mission achievement. This research aims to adhere to accountability, internal control siste and accounting information siste on organizational performance in government agencies. This study used a quantitative method with primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency located in the City of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is progra SPSS version 20. The results of this study show that accountability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, the internal control system has no positive and significant effect on organizational performance, the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and accountability, the internal control system and the accounting information system together have a significant positsive effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

: Cupak Village is a village that has tremendous potential that can be developed. In addition to the cool air, there are several potentials, including (1) religious tourism at Dewi Kilisuci's hermitage site, (2) Sendang Widodaren, Sendang Drajad, and Mount Pucangan; (3) Agricultural tourism which produces Porang as a flour ingredient, Gadung for chips, Corn as food security; (4) accompanied by the manufacture of handicrafts from local raw materials such as woven pandanus. (5) Production of charcoal which can be developed into Carkol as an export commodity. (6) Camping ground. However, the problem faced is the lack of awareness of local residents in the use of tourism. Cupak Village also has abundant agricultural income but its income level can still be developed through socialization so it is hoped that this activity can immediately encourage tourism in Cupak Village and it is hoped that it can also increase Cupak Village's agricultural income. The purpose of this activity is to get an overview of the qualifications of Cupak Village Human Resources in utilizing tourism potential, processing agricultural products, managing businesses, and overcoming existing problems. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada Job Satisfaction Untuk Menurunkan Turnover Intention Melalui Resilience pada PT. Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian sebab akibat dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel terdiri dari 53 karyawan bagian produksi. Metode analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.8. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, r-square, f-square, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunaan analisis direct effect dan indirect effect. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian direct effect diperoleh hasil bahwa Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Resilience, Resilience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, serta dalam pengujian indirect effect diperoleh hasil Resilience berpengaruh positif atau memediasi antara Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention.
