Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of FinTech on the number of conventional commercial bank loans in Indonesia. This study used a sample of 40 conventional commercial banks in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The number of observations in the study was 240. FinTech is measured using P2P Lending and FinTech companies are measured using the growth period of FinTech companies. The results of the research based on the regression test using the Fixed effects model, this study proves that P2P lending and the growth of FinTech companies have a positive and significant effect on the amount of lending to Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This means that the greater the P2P lending disbursed by FinTech companies and the higher the growth of FinTech companies, it will have an impact on increasing the number of conventional commercial bank loans in Indonesia. One of the important variables not examined in this study is payments made online. Therefore, further research can expand research with the same theme by presenting online payment variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan analisis terkait permasalahan laporan keuangan di institusi Bank Sampah. Objek penelitian pada Bank Sampah NTB Mandiri merupakan organisasi yang menaungi pemilahan sampah dengan sistem menabung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis sistem keuangan pada Bank Sampah NTB Mandiri untuk mengefisiensikan pekerjaan dan mengurangi kesalahan pada sistem pencatatan dan pembukuan keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Informan penelitian terdiri atas pemilik Bank Sampah NTB Mandiri dan seluruh staf yang bekerja di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Sampah NTB Mandiri masih belum melaksanakan sistem informasi akuntansi secara utuh sesuai dengan standar keuangan dengan tahap pengikhtisaran dan pelaporan juga belum dilakukan secara memadai.

Abstract

The rate of early marriage in Indonesia is still high. In terms of region, West Nusa Tenggara is the province with the highest number of women who have entered into early marriage at 16.23%. Like adolescents who have the potential to marry early, the community, especially women who have already married early, also needs attention. This service activity aims to empower women who have entered into early marriage through Design, Entrepreneurship and Financial Training. This activity uses the Service-Learning method. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of this activity show that the training can (1) increase participants' knowledge about the stages of designing product promotion media using the Canva application on cell phones, (2) increase digital entrepreneurship knowledge including formulating creative business ideas and advertising online on buying and selling platforms and (3) increase participants' knowledge regarding business financial management.

Abstract

The government's efforts to reduce the dropout rate through the scheme of increasing the allocation of the State Budget (APBN) for the education sector have not yet borne fruit. This is because the dropout rate in Indonesia in 2023 is still relatively high at every level and even increased compared to the previous year. This shows that the economy is not the main factor in dropping out of school. the main factor in dropping out of school in Indonesia is the low understanding of parents regarding the importance of school and the lack of parental supervision of children. This service activity aims to increase parents' knowledge regarding the importance of education and understanding the basics of children's career planning through socialization methods. The service method uses the Participatory Action Research model with three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this service activity show that this activity is able to (1) increase participants' understanding of the importance of education, and (2) increase participants' understanding of children's career management.
