Abstract

One method and learning strategy that is often used and very effective in stimulating and fostering enthusiasm and motivation for learning is giving rewards. Reward in the world of education and Islam means tsawab/pahala/reward. Rewards are the result of good deeds given by God. And the word "tsawab" in relation to Islamic education is giving good rewards for the good behavior of students. This study aims to describe how the implementation of Islamic Education Learning uses the reward method at TPA (Al-Qur'an Education institutions) Nurul Yaqin Banyu Hirang Amuntai Selatan by students from STAI Rakha Amuntai. By using a type of field research (field research) that is descriptive, and with a qualitative approach.. The results of the study show that giving rewards in Islamic education learning at TPA Nurul Yaqin by STAI Rakha Amuntai students as a whole ran smoothly and was effective in increasing the motivation and enthusiasm of the students to pay attention to learning. There are three types of rewards given by students in the Islamic education learning process at TPA Nurul Yaqin, namely the first social reward (reinforser) such as words of praise "smart kid/great kid" this form is also called verbal reward, second reward ( reinforser) activities such as giving applause and yells, and the third reward (reinforser) is symbolic such as giving material gifts. Supporting factors in the form of higher student motivation, while the obstacle is limited funds. One solution is to use rewards other than material forms if there are funding constraints, pay special attention to students, and provide special guidance to students.

Abstract

The ventriloquist technique is the use of abdominal sounds accompanied by dolls by having a certain character personality. This research departs from the background that the learning process of students experiences a lackof a pleasant learning atmosphere and it makes children bored. Especially in learning Islamic Cultural History which is notoriously boring, the application of puppet props with ventriloquist techniques in learning Islamic Cultural History is very necessary. This study aims to determine the application of puppet props with ventriloquist techniques in increasing students' understanding in MI Rakha Amuntai. The subjects in this study were class VI A MI Rakha Amuntai students totaling 3.3 people consisting of 15 men and 1.8 women. The executing subjects of action are researchers and teachers of the history of Islamic culture. The object in this study is puppet props. This research is a class action research, which is carried out in 2 cycles with each cycle consisting of 2 meetings and 4 stages, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. This class action research was conducted in class VI A MI Rakha. Data collection in this study was carried out by observation, documentation, and tests. The results of this study showed thatthe increase in learning activities in cycle I was 55.71% (Sufficient) to 92.8% (Very Good) in cycle II. Astudent activity in cycle I is 52.5% (Enough) to 100% (Very Good) in cycle II. Hasil student learning from 30.30% (Sufficient) to 100% (Very Good) in cycle II. This study can be concluded that the application of puppet props with ventriloquist techniques can increase student understanding by marking student activity in learning and completeness scores have been achieved.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the implementation of tahfidz Al-Qur'an coaching will give maximum results if the teachers/ustadz understand everything related to the coaching process itself, including in terms of the methods used in tahfidz coaching, because when the teacher has found a method the right method in memorizing and maintaining student memorization will have a significant influence so that the goals of tahfidz coaching can be achieved properly. This research focuses on the methods used by teachers in memorizing and maintaining (maintaining) the memorization of the Qur'an in their students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asy-Syar'iyah Tangkawang, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara District. This study aims to find out how to foster tahfidz Al-Qur'an related to the method of memorizing and maintaining memorization as well as the inhibiting factors in the process of fostering tahfidz Al-Qur'an in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asy-Syar'iyah Tangkawang, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency so that objectives of coaching can be achieved. The method used in this study is a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive approach, which produces data in the form of written or spoken words. The subjects in this study were tahfidz teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asy-Syar'iyah Tangkawang, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, totaling 7 people. Meanwhile, the object of this research is the process of fostering tahfidz at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Asy-Syar'iyah Tangkawang, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentaries. While data processing techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification, then analysis is carried out. The results of this study are: (1) Method of memorizing by: memorizing by together, memorizing by listening to the teacher's reading directly, memorizing by the teacher reading first then followed by the students, and memorizing by reading to the teacher (Deposit). (2) Methods for maintaining memorization by means of: reciting together, playing memorization in front of friends and teachers, connecting verses and reciting surahs, and repeating memorization by playing the MP3 Al-Qur'an. (3) Obstacle factors encountered include: some children cannot recite the Koran and are not fluent in reading the Qur'an, difficulties in memorizing, lack of interest and motivation causing children to be lazy, mistakes in reading that do not match the script and length, and lack of facilities and infrastructure in supporting tahfidz learning.
