Abstract

In the overall educational process, teachers are the dominant determinant in education because teachers are professional educators with the primary task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assess and evaluate students. A professional teacher is charged with a number of requirements, among others qualified professional education, scientific competence according they are engaged in, the ability to communicate well with their students, have a creative spirit and productive, has a work ethic and a commitment to the profession and always conduct self-development continuously. However, in practice there are still often found limitations both individually and institution. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of competence, work environment and compensation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in region II Pesanggrahan. The research used survey methods by distributing questionnaires. The research population is all teachers in region II Pesanggrahan amounted to 141 teachers which are 59 teachers as samples using cluster random sampling method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate the competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and the work environment also compensation has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously competence, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Media Initiative Strategy. Determination of the sample in this study using a sample of 46 respondents and this study uses multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that partially compensation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Media Initiative Strategy with tcount 3.889> t table 1.682 and significant value 0.000 <0.05, work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Media Initiative Strategy with tcount of -3.447 <t table 1.682 and significant value 0.001 <0.05 and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Media Initiative Strategy with tcount of -3.237 <t table 1.682 and significant value 0.002 <0.05. While simultaneously showing that compensation, work environment, and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Media Initiative Strategy with Fcount 9.199> Ftable 2,827 and significant value 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of competence, dicipline of work and environment of work on performance of employees on the Maharadja Hotel. Determining the research by using samples as much as 94 respondents and this research method by using multiple linear regression. This results show that the partially positive efffect and significant effect of competence against the performance of employees on the value of the Maharadja Hotel are thitung > ttabel 14.315 > 1.985 and significant value are 0.000 < 0.05 discipline of work influential positive effect and significantly to the performance of employees on the value of the Maharadja Hotel are thitung > ttabel 4.032 > 1.985 and significant are 0.000 < 0.05 and environment of work positive and significant effect on performance of employees on the value of the Maharadja Hotel are thitung > ttabel 5.007 > 1.985 and significant are 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that simultaneously while the competence, the discipline of work and environment of work on performance of employees on the value of the Maharadja Hotel are Fhitung > Ftabel > 106.533 > 2.70 with a significant level of 0.000 > 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. JNE Express. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. JNE Expressdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Besarnya persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. JNE Express adalah sebesar 89,2%, sisanya 10,8% dipegaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4 sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa simultan Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4, dan secara parsial Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4. Sedangkan Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja SMK Muhammadiyah 4. Sekolahan harus memberikan perhatian kepada Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Kompetensi yang akan meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Jakarta

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Pasifik Satelit Nusantara research aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample in this study amounted to 100 samples with the technique of determining the number of samples used. This type of research is a quantitative analysis (statistics). With the help of SPSS 22 software, the results show that Leadership Style has no direct effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a direct effect on Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style has no direct effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a direct effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a direct effect on Employee Performance , Leadership Style has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction and the Work Environment has a direct influence on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the keys to the success of an organization, this is because human resources makes company work properly. Good employee performance will support the achievement of organizational goals and one of the triggers is the level of employee job satisfaction. Many factors can affect job satisfaction, some of them are leadership, work environment, and job stress. This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction with job stress as an intervening variable. The sample used in this research is all employees at PT Wasteforchange Alam Indonesia. The method used in this research is Path Analysis with SPSS 2.4 software as a tool for data processing. The results showed that leadership had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, work environment has significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, and job stress has significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has significant negative effect on work stress and work environment has significant negative effect on work stress. Leadership has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction without going through work stress, and work environment has a direct effect on employee job satisfaction without going through work stress.
