Abstract

Bullying is a problem occurring in many schools, including in elementary schools. It is in relation to gender because both focus on oppression. Talking about bullying in relation to oppression is broader than that of gender because in gender study, it is merely viewed based on gender differences. Gender and bullying are interrelated even though gender is not a significant factor causing bullying. In elementary schools, bullying is caused by seniority more than gender factor. To minimize bullying in elementary schools, it is necessary to raise empathy among the studentsand to handle it from the perspective of age or seniority, not gender.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini membahas tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perempuan di Sekolah Dasar. Jumlah guru Sekolah Dasar perempuan yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan jumlah guru laki-laki, berakibat jabatan kepala Sekolah Dasar banyak dijabat oleh perempuan. Kepemimpinan perempuan dan laki-laki secara umum tidak berbeda, namun ada gaya kepemimpinan yang khas dimiliki oleh pemimpin perempuan. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah Dasar perempuan yaitu bersifat kepengasuhan/keibuan, demokratis, dan berorientasi pada hubungan. Gaya tersebut tidak berpengaruh secara signifkan terhadap hasil atau kinerja kepemimpinan sebab hasil atau keinerja kepemimpinan lebih ditentukan oleh kepribadian pemimpin tersebut. Abstract: This paper discusses the principal leadership style of women in primary school. The number of female elementary school teachers is higher than the number of male teachers, resulting in many primary schools the principal are held by women.In general, theres is no different about the leadership of women and men, but there is a distinctive leadership style possessed by women leaders. The women primary school principal leadership style are caring / mothering, democratic, and relationship-oriented .The style does not influence significantly to the results or performance of the leadership because the results or performance is determined more by the personality of the leader . Abstract

Abstract: The family environment is important in children’s education. Natural intelligence needs to be optimized from an early age so that children are more concerned about the natural environment. Child care for the natural envinaroment preserve nature and can prevent the disaster caused by human activity because of destructive nature. Education in the family environment can optimize the intellegence of natural children in the following ways: pay attention to the child with a loving, giving positive answer to the question posed by children, Giving rules of disipline but not too hard, giving duties related to intelligence naturally, take the kids on vacation to the natural attractions, watch a film about the environment, plants, or animals, reading stories about the environment, plants, or animals.
