Abstract

Line balancing is a series of work stations (machinery and equipment) used in the manufacture of products. Line balancing usually consists of a number of work areas called work stations which are handled by one or more operators and it is possible to handle using various tools. The main purpose in compiling line balancing is to establish and balance the workload allocated to each work station. If the trajectory is not balanced, it can result in work inefficiency in several work stations where one work station with another has an unbalanced workload. The balancing of the machines used in the assembly process must also be done. Likewise in purchasing and designing machines that have the required capacity. In addition, balancing the machines used, both in the use of two machines to get the required capacity or slowing down machines that work too fast or turn on or turn off machines intermittently, needs to be done. In addition, balancing the machines used, both in the use of two machines to get the required capacity or slowing down machines that work too fast or turn on or turn off machines intermittently, and others need to be done. The problem of line balancing has received considerable attention perhaps beyond the usual assembly line. Several techniques produce the right solution for the given assumptions. Other techniques are designed to generate approximate solutions based on practical considerations. The main concern is not to achieve perfect balance but to obtain optimal layout and flow with respect to other production operations.
