Abstract

Menginjak usia lanjut maka mulai munculnya berbagai macam masalah kesehatan, salah satunya adalah gangguan pola tidur. Gangguan pola tidur yaitu keadaan individu mengalami atau mempunyai resiko perubahan dalam jumlah dan kualitas pola istirahat yang menyebabkan ketidak nyamanan atau mengganggu gaya hidup yang diinginkan. Murottal Al-Quran adalah terapi bacaan Al-Quran yang merupakan terapi religi dimana dapat membuat pikiran menjadi tenang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah dengan terapi mendengarkan Murottal Ar-Rahman dapat membantu lansia dalam masalah gangguan pola tidur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Dengan metode observasi dan wawancara langsung. Asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan melibatkan dua orang pasien lansia yang mengalami gangguan pola tidur dengan memberikan intervensi Murottal Al-Rahman dilakukan selama 6 hari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengkajian dengan tahap wawancara dan observasi. Tindakan keperawatan yang diberikan untuk mengurangi masalah tidur yang dialami oleh pasien dilakukan dalam bentuk implementasi keperawatan. Data kemudian dikumpulkan lagi melalui evaluasi hasil intervensi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian ada perubahan terhadap kualitas tidur pasien dimana pasien bisa tidur lebih nyaman dan tenang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah gangguan pola tidur lansia dapat diatasi dengan cara terapi mendengarkan murottal ketika akan tidur.

Abstract

The prevalence of gout in Indonesia is increasing, especially in the elderly, then there is a need for family assistance to help the healing process of the disease experienced by the elderly. This study was cross sectional design. The number of samples in this study were 38 respondents with a total sampling technique. The independent variable was family assistance, the dependent variable was the decrease in uric acid levels in patients with gout arthritis in the elderly. The instrument was a questionnaire and observation sheets. The analysis used spearman rank. The results of statistical tests by using the Spearman rank test obtained a sig value (p = 0.002) with a 95% confidence level (ɑ = 0.05) thus it can be said that p = 0.002 < 0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there was a correlations between family assistance and decreased uric acid levels in patients with gout arthritis in the elderly at Desa Rejosari in Kecamatan Mantewe, Tanah Bumbu in 2022. From the results of this study, it was expected that families can provide support and motivation to prevent uric acid levels suffered by elderly.

Abstract

Background : Nursing care of pneumonia clients with ineffective airway clearance nursing problems using chest physiotherapy. Methods : The research design used a case study of 2 clients with pneumonia with nursing problems. Ineffective airway clearance on the first day, nursing care was carried out for 3 days in a row using an intervention, namely chest physiotherapy. Results : Research shows the problem of ineffective airway clearance with chest physiotherapy, the problem is resolved in reducing shortness of breath. Analysis : The purpose of this study was to carry out nursing care in pneumonia patients with nursing problems ineffective airway clearance using chest physiotherapy. Conclusion : Chest physiotherapy is used as an adjunct therapy to prevent non-pharmacological increases in shortness of breath in pneumonia patients.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Rheumatoid Arthritis is a disease that attacks the joints so that it can cause pain, stiffness, swelling, inflammation, and limited movement. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of warm compresses to rheumatoid arthritis patients with chronic pain nursing problems at UPT PSTW Jombang Regency.This type of scientific research research is a descriptive design approach with a case study approach, the subject used is 2 patients with chronic pain nursing problems. The location was carried out at UPT PSTW, Jombang Regency by giving a warm compress intervention for 10 days which was given 1 time a day and before and after giving a warm compress, the pain scale was measured using NRS, using data collection which includes assessment, determining diagnosis, making interventions, implementing , and evaluate.The results of the case study show that the provision of warm compress therapy can be an alternative therapy to treat chronic pain.The conclusion of this study is that warm compresses can be used as non-pharmacological therapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis who experience chronic pain nursing problems so that patients avoid paralysis.
