Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) gender equality in access to education for women in Sade Hamlet, Rembitan Village, Central Lombok Regency (2) gender equality in access to work for women in Sade Hamlet, Rembitan Village, Central Lombok Regency. This research was conducted in Sade Hamlet, Rembitan Village, Central Lombok Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study found that: 1) gender equality in access to education there is gender equality between men and women where women get the same rights and opportunities in education that are equal to men, 2) gender equality in access to work for women there is equality gender relations between men and women where women get the same rights and opportunities in jobs that are equal to men.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan Active Learning Scientific Approach Model melalui Lesson Study untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS di SMP 1 Lingsar Lombok barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus tindakan kelas. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Subjek penelitian menggunakan Purposive sampling,yaitu guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran IPS dan siswa kelas VII D,VIII B yang terlibat kegiatan pembelajaran IPS. Analisa data mengacu pada model Miles and Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada putaran 1 penerapan di kelas VII D siklus 1 keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 77 %, kualitas pembelajaran 77 %. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 keterlaksanaan pembelajaran 94 %, kualitas pembelajaran 87 %. Pada putaran 2 di kelas VIII B siklus 1 keterlaksanaan pembelajaran 82 %, kualitas pembelajaran 69 %, Sedangkan siklus 2 keterlaksanaam pembelajaran 92 %, kualitas pembelajaran 92 %.

Abstract

The quality of graduates as school’s output is largely determined by many things related to teachers, including economics teachers. At a macro-level, the teacher’s task is related to the development of human resources, which will most determine the sustainability and glory of national life. However, internally the economics teacher is still faced with several problems both concerning the number and qualifications of academic, distribution, and the quality or competence of economics teachers. Besides that, the demands of globalization, changes in the fields of science and technology, economics, socio-political, socio-cultural, and government policies are challenges faced by economic teachers. Minimizing internal problems into strength and anticipating challenges into opportunities is the main strategy to achieve the figure of a professional economics teacher who produce the students who are economically literate, characterized, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. At least four ways are carried out through education, training, experience, and habituation, with religion as the commander.
