Abstract

the effect of relocation and length of business on the income level of market traders Angso Duo Jambi City quantitative multiple linear regression analysis. A sample of 87 traders. The results of the relocation research have a positive effect, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005 is obtained and the tcount (3.866) > ttable (1.667). The length of business partially has no effect and is not significant on the income of the Angso Duo Market traders, Jambi City, obtained a significance value of 0.324 > 0.05, the value of tcount (0.993) < smaller than ttable (1.667). The overall results of the study indicate that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount (8.541) > Ftable (3.105). It can be concluded that there is a significant effect between relocation and length of business simultaneously on the income of the Angso Duo Market traders in Jambi City. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the significance value for the effect of relocation (X1) and length of business (X2) simultaneously on the income of traders (Y) is 0.000 < 0.005 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (8.541 > 3.105). that H0 is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect between relocation and the length of simultaneous business together on the income of the Jambi Angso Duo Market traders. The Adjusted R Square (R2) value of income is influenced by relocation and length of business by 16.9% and the remaining 85.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the customer's decision to infaq when withdrawing cash at the Jambi Branch BSI ATM, to determine the factors that influence the customer's decision to infaq when withdrawing cash at the Jambi Branch BSI ATM, as well as to determine the response of the Jambi Branch BSI to the decision. Customers in infaq when withdrawing cash at ATM BSI Jambi Branch are different. This type of research is field research. While the nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected using interview and documentation techniques. The data from the findings are described descriptively and analyzed using inductive thinking. The results of this study are in the form of factors that influence customer decisions to infaq when withdrawing cash at BSI ATM, namely the transparency factor, the trust factor, and the marketing factor. The transparency factor is that customers still do not know the management structure, how to manage, and distribution of infaq funds. And the marketing factor is that BSI should do more marketing that BSI ATM have infaq products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of student motivation and needs on interest in saving in Islamic banks. This study uses a sample of 75 from a population of 301. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. By using descriptive quantitative research method with research results showing that the independent variables (motivation and needs of students) have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (interest in saving). this is evidenced by the partial t test with a value of: Motivation 2.487 > 1993 significant 0.015 < 0.05, Student Needs 4.903 > 1.993 significant 0.000 < 0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.543 or 54.3% which shows the value of interest in saving is influenced by the motivational variables and student needs, while the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
