Abstract

This research aims ; 1) To determine community satisfaction towards development in Bongo Tua Village; 2) To find out community participation towards development in Bongo Tua Village. The research method used a qualitative approach. There were 5 informants. Descriptive analysis techniques through qualitative research through data and information obtained directly from informants then analyzed by using the existing theoretical basis and explained systematically based on facts in the field. The results showed that (1) for community satisfaction, it was considered that they did not have a form or system of suggestions and complaints, which the Bongo Tua Village Government used, because they only directly provided suggestions and complaints only through the BPD directly, there were also directly to the Bongo Tua Village Government. The form of measuring community satisfaction was by looking at the results of satisfaction surveys that were conducted periodically. It was far has been in the form of development, both physical and non-physical that supports providing community satisfaction. Even the skills and abilities in the implementation of development were considered to be lacking and there were still many people who were not enthusiastic to put attention. For public behavior in assessing the services provided by the community, it is considered not good because there were still individual attitudes in the Village Government that were not concerned with the community. (2) In terms of community participation, especially the implementation of development in Bongo Tua Village, it was considered not optimal considering that it turned out that so far participation in physical matters has been running, but participation in non-physical activities was less supportive in the implementation of development in Bongo Tua Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the income of MSMEs in Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency. T he method in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study uses interactive analysis. The results of the study show the following: (1) Capital is a very supportive factor in increasing MSME income, although not all MSMEs in the sub-district have sufficient capital to increase income. (2) The length of business is a support in increasing income because a long-running business is very helpful in increasing income. (3) The number of workers has not been supported in increasing income in MSMEs in Paguyaman District this is because there are still many MSMEs that are classified as small. (4) Business location has not become a supporting factor in increasing income because there are still many MSMEs that do not yet have a strategic location. (5) Operational hours are not a supporting factor in increasing income, considering that MSMEs in Paguyaman District have different Operating Hours. (6) The achievement of the target is one of the supporters in increasing the income of MSMEs in the Paguyaman sub-district. (7) Work experience has not fully supported the income because MSMEs in Paguyaman District do not need experienced employees.

Abstract

AbstraK This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the performance of village officials about work discipline, employee abilities, and services provided. The Report Method used is Qualitative Research using data collection techniques carried out using observation techniques, interviews and documents. The author shows that the Performance Analysis of Village Officials in Tomini District, South BoaangMongondowRegency, Village Officials are an Important Component in determining the service system to the community as a whole, which must receive careful attention.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to: 1) find out the evaluation of the Village Pamsimas Policy in the sustainability of the Community-based Water Supply and Sanitation Supply System in Bone Bolango Regency; 2) Knowing the determinants of the sustainability of the Water Supply and Sanitation Supply System in sustainable villages in Bone Bolango Regency. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. With data analysis techniques, consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study: 1) Evaluation of the Pamsimas policy in Tinemba Village in terms of indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, equity, responsiveness and accuracy shows that the Pamsimas program in Tinemba Village is well implemented up to the program sustainability stage; 2) Evaluation of Pamsimas policies in East Bulotalangi Village in terms of indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy shows that the Pamsimas program in East Bulotalangi Village at the stage of program implementation is running well. However, at the sustainability stage, the Pamsimas program facilities become partially functional. Because at the program sustainability stage the indicators of effectiveness and responsiveness were not achieved; 3) Evaluation of the Pamsimas policy in Patoa Village in terms of indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, equity, responsiveness and accuracy shows that the Pamsimas program in Patoa Village at the stages of program implementation and sustainability is not going well. So that the pamsimas program that was carried out in Patoa Village did not provide benefits to the community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the job satisfaction of employees of PT.Durable Means of Success, this type of research is descriptive research witha qualitative approach the type of data used is primary data and secondarydata with data sourced from observations, interviews and documentation,informants in this study amounted to 5 people who are employees of PT.Durable Means of Success.The results showed that job satisfaction can be seen that job satisfactionhas been created well with five aspects, namely challenging work, salary ordecent wages, promotion or career level, supportive working conditions andsupportive coworkers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the productivity of palm sugar businessactors in mongiilo village, this type of research is qualitative research with adescriptive approach that is a problem-solving procedure that is investigatedby making a social reconstruction, and further systematically describes theobject of research. In data collection, researchers consider the selection ofthe first informant to be targeted, namely the palm sugar business itselfwhich is the main key.After doing this research, it is known that, palm sugar business actorsare workers who never know the word tired in doing activities to work aspalm sugar business actors, because in its implementation the palm sugarbusiness actors do work from morning to evening to wait for theirproduction results. The level of productivity depends on traders who buypalm sugar in the market not only that the role of middlemen in the midst ofpalm sugar business actors determines the results of production for theperpetrators

Abstract

This study aims to determine stakeholder perceptions of the Transparency ofVillage Fund Management in South Toto Village, Kabila District, Bone BolangoRegency, with reference to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018concerning Village Financial Management.This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Datacollection techniques used in this study was through observation, in-depth interviewsand documentation.The results of this study indicate that stakeholder access in the budgetaccountability report has been carried out in the form of a Transparency Board /Billboard, so that all activities and their budgets can be seen by stakeholders. Theweakness is that if there is a change in activities and budgets, then stakeholders donot have access to these changes. Independent audit involvement in budgettransparency has been carried out. The audit was carried out by the RegencyInspectorate regarding finances and accountability reports for all activities that hadbeen carried out. The weakness is that most stakeholders do not know the results ofthe examination or audit. Stakeholder involvement in budget decision making hasbeen carried out, every planning stage always involves the BPD, LPM and thecommunity. The weakness is that community involvement is only in the form ofproviding ideas and proposals related to the needs in each hamlet, but the stages ofdetermining them are no longer involved.
