Abstract

The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is: is there an influence of individual motivation consisting of the need for achievement, the need for affiliation, and the need for power. And which variable among the individual motivational variables has the dominant influence on employee performance. The benefit to be achieved in this research is that it can be used to improve employee performance in the future. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, we get the function equation Y = 2.224+0.119X1+0.141X2+0.245X3. From these results it can be seen that individual motivation variables have a positive effect on employee performance at the Tanah Grogot Village office. This effect is also explained by the R2 value (coefficient of determination) of 0.495, which means that the variables studied have an effect of 49.5% and the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The regression coefficient (R), which describes the strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable can be seen in the test, which is equal to 0.734. This means that there is a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Fcount value ˃ Ftable or 12.088 ˃ 2.9113 and probability value 0.000 ˂ 0.05. Shows that individual motivation variables have a simultaneous (together) effect on employee performance. Of the individual motivational variables, the variable need for achievement gives a dominant influence, this is evidenced by the value of tcount ˃ ttable or 3.521 ˃ 1.6955 and the smallest probability value is 0.001 ˂ 0.05 Seeing the results of the discussion above, it is concluded that the initial hypothesis proposed is accepted, because the initial hypothesis states that the dominant variable is the variable need for achievement (X1).

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat penelitian eksplanatory yaitu penelitian untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis antar variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tanah Grogot. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, hasil uji validitas gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin dan kinerja karyawan memiliki nilai rhitung > rtabel. Hasil uji reliabilitas dengan dasar cronbach alpha diketahui variable gaya kepemimpinan (0,859), motivasi (0,855), disiplin (0,852) dan kinerja karyawan (0,870) yang nilainya lebih besar daripada 0,6 sebagai syarat yang ditetapkan. Hasil uji asumsi klasik telah memenuhi persyaratannya antara lain semua data terdistribusi normal, model bebas dari gejala multikolinearitas dan terbebas dari heterokedastisitas. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0,000 yang lebih kecil daripada 0,05 yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin memiliki t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, sehingga menunjukkan hipotesis diterima yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi dan disiplin masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi bahwa nilai adjusted R square 0,785 setara dengan 78,5% menunjukkan bahwa variable bebas memiliki pengaruh terhadap variable terikatnya sebesar 78,5% dan sisanya 21,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong Baru Kecamatan Kuaro.Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pembeli telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna yang membeli produk telur ayam pada bulan Desember 2022 dengan teknik sampling insedental dan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 32 orang. Pembeli sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini diberikan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 19 pernyataan. Tanggapan pada kuesioner diuji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil pengujian instrument penelitian yaitu kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa 19 butir pernyataan valid karena r hitung > r tabel. Selain itu, seluruh pernyataan reliabel karena nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,60 (0,945 > 0,60).Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh yaitu Y= -69,359 + 0,852 X1 + 0,275 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,861 yang artinya korelasi sangat kuat antara kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) dengan keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong baru Kecamatan Kuaro. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi 0,724 yang artinya variasi kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) dapat menjelaskan keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong Baru Kecamatan Kuaro sebesar 72,4% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti sebesar (100 – 72,4)% = 27,6%.Pengujian simultan menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel (41,639 > 3,33) atau p-value (Fhitung) < α (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa minimal ada satu diantara variabel kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong Baru Kecamatan Kuaro.Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengujian parsial dengan melihat nilai thitung masing- masing variabel independen yang terdiri dari kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) masing-masing sebesar 5,386 dan 1,357 yang jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel sebesar 2,045, maka kualitas produk (X1) sebesar 5,386 > 2,045, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna dikarenakan t hitung > t tabel. Sedangkan harga (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam Broiler pada toko Anna dikarenakan t hitung < t tabel..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality consisting of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), guarantee (X3), empathy (X4), and tangibility (X5) on consumer satisfaction at the Givme Anugerah Tanah Periuk photocopy shop simultaneously and Partial. The respondents in this research were all consumers at the Givme Anugerah Photocopy Shop. Based on the results of the Validation Test on the 27 instruments used in this research, it is valid because rcount > rtable and the Reliability Test for the 27 instruments in this study can be relied on and remains consistent if the measurements are repeated or carried out at other times because Cronbach's Alpha > 0.6. The value of the regression equation is obtained Y = 2.092 – 0.047 X1 – 0.012 X2 – 0.135 X3 + 0.141 X4 + 0.542 The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value, namely 0.708, shows a strong influence between the Service Quality (X) variables which consist of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), and Tangibility (X5) simultaneously. on the variable Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at the Givme Anugerah Tanah Periuk Photocopy Shop. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.501, meaning that the variation in Service Quality (X) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) is 50.1%. This can be interpreted that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 50.1% and the remaining 49.9% is contributed by other variables not included in this research. In the F test, it is obtained that Fcount > Ftable (10.830 > 2.39) with a sig value of 0.000 at ɑ = 5% (0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. so it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states that the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Guarantee (X3), Empathy (X4), and Tangibility (X5) influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on Consumer Satisfaction at the Givme Anugerah Tanah Photocopy Shop Stoneware is acceptable. Based on the t test, it is known that Form (X5) has a dominant influence on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at the Givme Anugerah Tanah Periuk Photocopy Shop with a value of tcount > ttable or 4.643 > 1.673 with a significant level of 0.000, so it can be concluded that Form (X5) has a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
