Abstract

Background: There is a fluctuating trend related to the number of patient visits at Nur Hidayah Hospital, Bantul, so it is necessary to formulate the right Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) in order to increase inpatient and outpatient visits and achieve standard inpatient service indicators. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy of Nur Hidayah Hospital based on STP. Method: This study follows a descriptive qualitative design. The key informants in this study were the general director and the marketing manager of the hospital, and the triangulation informants in this study were medical officers and patients. Results: The results revealed that the segmenting was based on demographics with females or housewives with secondary education levels or lower as the highest number of service users. Based on the geographical characteristics, a significant number of service users were those living in Ring 1, an area within a radius of 0-10 km from the hospital. Targeting has been conducted well as seen by the number of patients that reached 6,500 service users within a year. Positioning was related to the availability of surgeons, a relatively short surgery duration, and services that are good, friendly, and neat that make patients feel like they are treated by their own families. Conclusion: The market segment, targeting, and positioning was good, but not fulfilled enough. Nur Hidayah Hospital should evaluate community responses regarding what is needed to fulfill target community.

Abstract

Means are anything that can be used as a tool in achieving a purpose or goal. Infrastructure is everything that can support the implementation of a business that is being carried out. In this case, the learning process will be improved if the facilities and infrastructure are adequate. In the holy book of the Qur'an, several verses show the importance of facilities and infrastructure in the learning process of Islamic education. This study aims to determine the importance of Islamic Education facilities and infrastructure in supporting student learning processes. This research was written using a descriptive analysis method with a literature study collection technique. Teaching media in the teaching and learning process can increase new interest and curiosity, stimulate, motivate learning activities, and even psychologically influence students. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to various factors that can support and hinder facilities and infrastructure in Islamic education so that the student learning process can run well.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan inti dari pendidikan, oleh karena itu sistem pembelajaran sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil pembelajaran, pembelajaran saat ini cenderung lebih banyak menggunakan teknologi internet, pembelajaran berbasis internet dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang fleksibel karena dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun. kapan pun. kapan pun. Untuk menunjang keberhasilan hasil belajar, banyak sekolah yang menerapkan sistem pembelajaran campuran, dengan memadukan proses pembelajaran tatap muka seperti biasa yang dilakukan di dalam kelas dan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara daring atau jarak jauh agar siswa dapat memaksimalkan hasil belajar. . Seperti pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, blended learning sangat memudahkan siswa untuk mengakses materi pembelajaran lebih banyak, dengan memanfaatkan internet, guru dapat lebih mudah memberikan materi tambahan kepada siswa tanpa harus melakukan kegiatan tatap muka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode literature review dengan mengkaji sumber data seperti jurnal, buku, disertasi dan bahan publikasi lainnya.
