Abstract

Awal tahun 2020, wabah pneumonia baru yang dimulai di Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, dan dengan cepat meluas ke lebih dari 190 negara dan wilayah mengguncang seluruh dunia. Coronavirus illness2019 adalah istilah yang diberikan untuk wabah ini coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Penyebaran penyakit ini berdampak signifikan pada masyarakat dan ekonomi. Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Limijati merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan Konsultasi Online. Penyelenggaraan pendaftaran layanan Konsultasi Online di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Limijati Bandung masih dilakukan secara manual. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut penulis mengusulkan untuk merancang sistem informasi pendaftaran Konsultasi Online berbasis website dengan menggunakan HTML dan CSS di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bandung. Metodologi penelitian ini menggabungkan teknik penelitian kualitatif dengan kerangka deskriptif. Studi ini memperkenalkan sistem konsultasi online yang mendorong komunikasi antara pasien, rumah sakit, dan dokter. Dengan bantuan perangkat ini, dokter dapat merawat pasien dari kejauhan. Selain itu, teknologi ini memungkinkan pesan teks dan panggilan video antara profesional medis dan pasien. Dan diperkirakan akan membantu petugas dalam memproses data pendaftaran pasien secara akurat dan cepat.

Abstract

Kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan staf medis di klinik prima husada dalam pemanfaatan sistem informasi rekam medis. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan kolaborasi antara tim ahli IT dan tenaga medis klinik dengan fokus pada pengenalan, pelatihan, dan implementasi sistem informasi rekam medis yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan langsung kepada staf medis, sesi diskusi kelompok, serta pendampingan dan pemantauan selama periode implementasi sistem. Materi pelatihan mencakup pemahaman konsep dasar sistem informasi rekam medis, penggunaan perangkat lunak khusus, pengelolaan data pasien, keamanan informasi, dan integrasi dengan sistem kesehatan lainnya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data pasien. Staf medis yang mengikuti pelatihan berhasil menguasai penggunaan sistem informasi rekam medis dengan baik. Mereka dapat dengan cepat mencari data pasien, mengelola informasi medis, dan mengupdate catatan pasien secara elektronik. Informasi medis yang terintegrasi memungkinkan tim medis untuk berbagi data dengan lebih efisien, memastikan kontinuitas perawatan, dan mengurangi risiko kehilangan informasi penting. Selama periode implementasi, tim ahli IT memberikan pendampingan dan pemantauan yang berkelanjutan untuk membantu mengatasi kendala teknis dan menangani masalah yang muncul. Dalam proses ini, kolaborasi antara tenaga medis dan tim IT terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi rekam medis di klinik Prima Husada.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inpatient medical-record file storage layout on officer performance at Al-Ihsan Hospital. The research method used is the quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire distribution, observation, and literature study. The respondents were 45 medical record officers and data processing using PSS 20. The results showed that the effect of inpatient medical record file storage layout on officer performance variables was 72.9%, while other factors influenced the remaining 27.1%. The problems found in this study: 1) there are medical record storage shelves that are full. 2) many medical record files are piled up on the floor. 3) the distance between level 4 shelves does not meet the minimum distance standards. 4) some hallways are rarely cleaned and dirty. The suggestions given to the hospital: 1) add shelves for storing medical record files. 2) expand the medical record file storage room. 3)rearrange the distance of level 4 shelves according to the minimum distance standard, 90 cm. 4) Carry out routine cleaning throughout the medical record file storage room.

Abstract

The accuracy of retrieval medical records is very important to the process of health services in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of timeliness of retrieval inpatient medical records to the effectiveness of medical record service at Rumah Sakit TK IV 03.07.04 Guntur Garut. The research method used quantitative methods with a descriptive correlational approach and data processing using SPSS version 25 program. The data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and literature study. This study used a simple random sampling technique with a sample of 86 medical records and 16 officers. Based on the results of the study, the effect of the timeliness of retrieval inpatient medical records on the effectiveness of medical record service at Rumah Sakit TK IV 03.07.04 Guntur Garut is 55%. The problems that often arise is Lack of socialization regarding Standard Prosedur Operating in retrieval of medical records of inpatients, and the length of time doctors complete patient medical records and the absence of Standard Service Minimum. Suggestions for the hospital are to socialize and remind doctors and other medical professions when meeting about the accuracy of returning medical record files to be more disciplined in completing medical record files in accordance with Standard Prosedur Operating policies so that the return of medical record files does not experience delays and Standard Service Minimum is held for targets performance achievemen.Keywords: Timeliness of Retrieval, Medical Record

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of occupational health safety (OHS) in the assembling section to the work productivity of medical recorders at Al Ihsan Hospital, West Java Province. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection is done by observation, questionnaires and literature studies. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a degree of retention of the desired population of 10%, taking a sample of 31 respondents of medical record unit officers. Based on the results of the study, the effect of the application occupational health safety (OHS) in the assembling section on the work productivity of medical recorders is 93.2% while the remaining 6.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by the author. The problems found in this study are 1) There is no specific SOP, 2) lack of awareness of medical record employees in the assembling section in using PPE, 3) lack of caution in the use of work equipment, 4) the existence of inadequate facilities in the assembling room. The advice given to the hospital should: 1) make and enforce a special SOP regarding (OHS) in the assembling section, 2) remind each other between employees in using PPE, 3) be careful in the use of work equipment, 4) apply for repairs to inadequate facilities.
