Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika merupakan studi universal yang sangat berpengaruh dalam perkembangan zaman terutama era globalisasi yang mendorong semua aspek dalam masyarakat untuk terus berkembang dan beradaptasi dalam perkembangan teknologi. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi diharapkan berbanding lurus dalam membangun nilai dan watak dari setiap siswa melalui nilai-nilai agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran matematika berintegrasi nilai keIslaman dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif library research, dan metode pengumpulan data literature review berupa jurnal dan dokumen yang terkait dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran matematika berintegrasi nilai-nilai keIslam an mampu membentuk karater positif bagi siswa. Beberapa karakter tersebut diantaranya adalah jujur, cermat, sederhana, toleransi, berpikiran terbuka, pantang menyerah, adil, bertanggungjawab, konsisten, juga mampu meningkatkan keimanan kepada Allah SWT.

Abstract

The transportation problem is a problem of distributing goods from several sources to several destinations so as to minimize transportation costs. Solving the transportation problem is needed to determine how many items must be sent from each source to each destination that must be met with minimum shipping costs. The purpose of this research is to examine, investigate, and apply the SS method to the minimum case transportation problem, both balanced and unbalanced. This research method is in the form of literature study and literature review from various sources that are relevant to the research. The results showed that the SS (Sheethalakshmy Srinivasan) method proposed by A. Seethalakshmy and Dr. N. Srinivasan can provide the optimal solution without having to find an initial feasible solution to the transportation problem so as to reduce the calculation time. This method provides an optimal solution for the minimum case transport problem for both balanced and unbalanced cases.

Abstract

Abstractt Proof problems are often considered difficult by most students, especially in logarithmic material. These difficulties arise due to the lack of interesting learning resources that discuss logarithms, especially on mathematical proving abilities. The purpose of this research is to design logarithmic teaching materials based on mathematical proof. The subjects in this study were 23 students of SMA 1 Sumberjaya, Majalengka Regency, Indonesia, consisting of 23 students in class X IPA-2. This research is a pre-research of the 4P development design study adapted from the Thiagarajan model, et al. namely: (1) Definition; (2) Design; (3) Development; and (4) deployment. In this study, the stages carried out are limited to stage 3, namely development. The deployment phase will be carried out again later. The method used in this study is kualitatif method with several data collection techniques in the form of tests of students' mathematical proving abilities in logarithmic material, interviews, and teaching material validation questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it showed that teaching materials were in the proper category with a very good predicate with a percentage of 88.93% from material experts and in the appropriate category with a good predicate of 85.08% from media experts. The results of the practicality test on students amounted to 82.5% indicating that the teaching materials that have been made have a practicality category with a good predicate. Abstrak Masalah pembuktian seringkali dianggap sulit oleh sebagian besar siswa terutama pada materi logaritma. Kesulitan tersebut muncul dikarenakan kurangnya sumber belajar menarik yang membahas materi logaritma terutama pada kemampuan pembuktian matematis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain bahan ajar logaritma berbasis pembuktian matematis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 1 Sumberjaya, Kabupaten Majalengka, Indonesia sebanyak 23 siswa kelas X IPA-2. Penelitian ini merupakan pra penelitan dari penelitian desain pengembangan 4P yang diadaptasi dari model Thiagarajan, et al. yaitu : (1) Pendefinisian; (2) Perancangan; (3) Pengembangan; dan (4) penyebaran. Dalam penelitian ini, tahapan yang dilakukan dibatasi sampai tahap 3 yaitu pengembanga. Tahap penyebaran akan dilakukan kembali kemudian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes soal kemampuan pembuktian matematis siswa dalam materi logaritma, wawancara, dan angket validasi bahan ajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahan ajar berada dalam kategori layak dengan predikat sangat bagus dengan persentase sebesar 88,93% dari ahli materi dan kategori layak dengan predikat bagus sebesar 85,08% dari ahli media. Hasil uji praktikalitas terhadap siswa sebesar 82,5% menunjukan bahwa bahan ajar yang telah dibuat memiliki kategori kepraktisan dengan predikat bagus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the difficulties students experienced in solving integer and fraction operations in class VII students at SMIQu Al-Bahjah center. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research and literature review with data collection techniques using diagnostic tests, interviews, and library data. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The subjects of this study were 32 students of class VII SMPIQu Al-Bahjah Center who completed diagnostic test questions. The results showed that (1) students did not understand the concept of integer operations, especially negative integer operations and mixed integer operations; (2) students experience problems in reading word problems and converting them into mathematical models; and (3) difficulties with fraction operations in algebraic.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that supports students' creativity in mathematical thinking. Because mathematics requires students to be able to think creatively and critically, This research aims to conduct a study using the literature review method related to the influence of motivation and the CPS (Creative problem solving) learning model on students' mathematical and creative thinking abilities. The research method was carried out using a qualitative library research approach and the SLR (systematic literature review) data collection method for all articles related to the object of this research, including 30 national and international journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. From this research, it was found that motivation and creative problem-solving learning models influence students' creative thinking abilities. Creative teachers, learning media, class atmosphere, and appropriate learning methods and models support increasing students' creative thinking abilities.
