Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penilaian kinerja keuangan BFI Finance, Adira Finance, WOM Finance, dan Buana Finance dinilai berdasarkan rasio keuangannya dan bagaimana penilaian kinerja keuangan BFI Finance, Adira Finance, WOM Finance, dan Buana Finance jika dibandingkan antara rasio keuangan dengan rata-rata industri. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio pasar. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan dari perusahaan BFI Finance, Adira Finance, WOM Finance, dan Buana Finance selama periode 2019-2021. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, maka hasilnya dapat diketahui sebagai berikut, dilihat dari rasio keuangan secara keseluruhan penilaian kinerja keuangan BFI Finance memiliki prospek pertumbuhan yang tinggi daripada ketiga perusahaan lainnya. Sedangkan dilihat dari perbandingan rasio keuangan dengan rata-rata industri, kinerja keuangan BFI Finance dan Adira Finance memiliki prospek pertumbuhan tinggi daripada kedua perusahaan lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the 5th generation teaching campus program at SMP Miftahul Ulum Surabaya which refers to the David C. Korten implementation model. This research involved the principal, the 5th generation teaching campus program, and grade 8 students of SMP Miftahul Ulum Surabaya who were selected with snowball sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the 5th generation teaching campus program at SMP Miftahul Ulum Surabaya went well and smoothly and showed an increase in literacy and numeracy in grade VIII students.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the provision of incentives to improve employee performance in service companies operating in the field of psychology. This research is included in qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from observations and interviews. Data analysis uses data transcription, source triangulation, and data reduction. The research results show that providing incentives to employees has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact of providing incentives is increasing motivation, performance and increasing employee enthusiasm. Providing incentives also has negative impacts, including unfairness in providing incentives and decreasing employee work ethic.
