<![CDATA[Pendidik merupakan faktor terpenting dalam proses pembelajaran. Sebaik apapun metodenya, tanpa guru yang profesional mustahil tujuan pendidikan akan tercapai. Oleh karenanya, guru harus bisa memberikan keteladanan yang baik kepada peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi keteladanan guru dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan library research. Untuk jenis penelitiannya adalah study pustaka dan study lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan dari beberapa literatur tentang konsep keteladanan, dan menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh guru dalam membentuk akhlak siswa di SMP PGRI 3 Bogor sudah cukup baik. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil wawancara, obrservasi dan dokumentasi yang penulis analisis, bahwa keteladanan yang diterapkan dalam membentuk akhlak siswa di SMP PGRI 3 Bogor, sekolah sudah menjalankan delapan konsep keteladanan yang dijelaskan oleh Imam Al-Ghazali, hanya saja tidak semua guru melaksanakan konsep keteladanan tersebut, sehingga kegiatan pembinaan akhlak siswa dinilai oleh penulis masih kurang efektif, karena masih terdapat kelemahan yang terpusat pada guru, yang tidak bisa menjalankan semua konsep keteladanan. Dengan demikian konsep keteladanan sebagai implementasi dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa di SMP PGRI 3 Bogor, perlu adanya pembenahan diri terutama dari peranan seorang guru sebagai sumber keteladanan bagi peserta didiknya.Educators are the most important factor in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the teacher's example in the formation of students' morals. The research uses a library research approach. The types of research are literature study and field study. The results of this study are based on observations, documentation, interviews and from some literature on the concept of exemplary, and show that the example that has been implemented by teachers in shaping students' morals at SMP PGRI 3 Bogor is quite good. This is based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation that the authors analyze, that the example applied in shaping the morals of students at SMP PGRI 3 Bogor, the school has implemented the eight exemplary concepts described by Al-Ghazali, it's just that not all teachers implement the exemplary concept, so that the students' moral development activities are considered by the author to be still less effective, because there are still weaknesses that are centered on the teacher, who cannot carry out all the concepts of exemplary. Thus the concept of exemplary as an implementation in the formation of students' morals at SMP PGRI 3 Bogor, it is necessary to improve themselves, especially from the role of a teacher as a source of example for their students.]]>
