<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana malapraktik kedokteran di Polrestabes Kota Makassar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen-dokumen, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah maupun artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Efektivitas penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana malapraktik kedokteran di Polrestabes Kota Makassar kurang efektiv dikarenakan minimnya kasus dugaan malapraktik kedokteran yang terproses di Polrestabes Kota Makassar. (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana malapraktik kedokteran di Polrestabes Kota Makassar adalah kaidah hukum yaitu kebijakan yang belum berlaku optimal, penegak hukum yaitu adanya struktur organisasi satuan reskrim Polrestabes Kota Makassar, sarana/prasarana yang belum cukup memadai, kurangnya kesadaran hukum dalam masyarakat. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the investigation into the crime of medical malpractice at Polrestabes Makassar City and the influencing factors. This research method uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews while secondary data was obtained through documents, scientific journals and scientific articles. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The effectiveness of investigations into criminal acts of medical malpractice at the Makassar City Polrestabes is less effective due to the minimum number of suspected medical malpractice cases being processed at the Makassar City Polrestabes. (2) The factors that influence the effectiveness of investigations into criminal acts of medical malpractice at the Makassar City Polrestabes are the rule of law, namely policies that have not been optimally applied, law enforcers, namely the organizational structure of the Makassar City Police criminal unit, inadequate facilities/infrastructure, lack of legal awareness in society.]]>
