Abstract

The Integration Training of Taruna Wreda Nusantara is a form of Community Service (PkM) as an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which is an academic activity that must be carried out by all universities including the Military Academy in accordance with the National Higher Education Standards. The purpose of the Taruna Wreda Nusantara Integration Exercise is to utilize science and technology to improve people's welfare and educate the nation's life and increase the nation's competitiveness. Thus the implementation of the Taruna Wreda Nusantara Integration Exercise is expected to be carried out continuously. This service uses a community social activity approach by building public facilities, providing socialization of national insight for the community where the service is held and counseling on the cultivation of the value of struggle. The method used is Karya bhakti and socialization to the community around Lombok, NTB for 35 days. With this service activity, community difficulties can be overcome and the economy can increase

Abstract

One of the most important components in communication is language, the international language that has been used so far is English. The role of the TNI AD also has an impact on an international scale, so a soldier is considered more capable when he can master international languages. The educational institution for Indonesian Army soldiers is the Military Academy which is responsible for the English language skills of cadets' achievements. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data source sample is 68 cadets from a population of 216 cadets. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that measured the level of cadets' English skills and was associated with the cadets' achievement scores. these results are the result of learning and experiences of visits abroad. The problem is the achievement and ability of the cadets' English language skills, as well as the influence of English language skills on the achievement of level IV cadets. The results of the correlation test, there is no relationship between mastery of English and the achievement of level IV cadets in the Akmil. The significant value is 0.566, it can simply be explained based on the limit of the significance value used is 0.05 where the test results are > of the significance value. However, with good or sufficient English skills, they have the opportunity to develop their experience around 83.3% are selected abroad.

Abstract

For improving the quality of human resources, it is necessary to train the unit/Binsat which is programmed through the management of training techniques in the unit in a systematic, gradual, multilevel and continuous manner, so that the knowledge and skills of soldiers can be maintained and can even be improved so that the mission/tasks of the unit can be carried out effectively and efficiently in achieving the main tasks of the Military Academy according to the purpose of research to determine the technique of training/Nikgarlat. Implementation of Exercise Management in the army can be evaluated in a measurable and accountable we use qualitative research methods that include goals and objectives. The results of the implementation of the exercise, before and after training were compared to determine the technique of conducting training on changes in the level of shooting ability of each soldier. This step is important because the goal of exercise management is to change the behavior or level of ability in the achievement of soldiers towards improvement through planned methods and approaches. Technical organizer of Binsat is at the Director of the Institution as one of the implementing units of the Military Academy which has a very strategic role in supporting the educational operations of the Akmil cadets, especially in organizing demonstrations and training demonstrations as well as the support of shooting trainers who are practical according to the standard level of ability. Of training management has been able to maintain and improve the level of proficiency both individually and positions in the unit, based on the results of data collection and analysis of the results of the conclusion of the Jatri shooting training products, in principle the training has been carried out correctly and the effectiveness in training management is comparable to the standard of BPUJ and BPKJ training result, but the achievement of Target results in terms of the quantity of the level of training capability has not been evenly distributed due to assignment factors, munitions support in the standard level of capability needs to be driilnis and dry shooting.
