Abstract

This study aims to determine the evolution of Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) as the oldest information media site and its existence in modern times. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the type of field research (field research). Furthermore, in data analysis techniques, researchers use the Miles and Huberman model, namely researchers present data, sort it, then make presentations and conclusions. In the technique of collecting data, the researcher made direct observations and conducted interviews. The results of this study indicate that the existence of RRI in modern times as the oldest information media site still goes with the flow and has enthusiasts even though the number is not much, therefore RRI is still in production as an information broadcast indicating that RRI as the oldest information site still has an existence in modern times. This is assessed based on the presence of RRI enthusiasts.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji pendekatan strategis dalam pengembangan proyek. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa; Dalam proses perencanaan strategis, organisasi perlu menganalisis situasi internal dan eksternal mereka untuk memahami kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang mempengaruhi organisasi. Kemudian, organisasi perlu menentukan tujuan yang spesifik, terukur, dapat dicapai, relevan, dan dibatasi waktu, serta merumuskan strategi yang mempertimbangkan sumber daya organisasi dan faktor lingkungan eksternal. Setelah strategi dirumuskan, organisasi perlu mengimplementasikan strategi tersebut melalui kegiatan operasional dan melakukan evaluasi kinerja untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan implementasi strategi dan memperbaiki proses. Dengan pendekatan perencanaan strategis yang terstruktur dan sistematis, organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan jangka panjangnya dan memaksimalkan keuntungan organisasi

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Production Process of the Islamic Pedia Program at Salam TV Jl. Darmo, Ujung Serdang, Kec. Tj. Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The research method used is a qualitative approach, using 1 informant as sources for data collection. The results obtained from this study are that the production process for the Islam Pedia program on Salam TV has several production stages, namely the pre-production process, the production process and the post-production process. In the pre-production process, the creative team drafted the concept, created the title, created the script, prepared materials starting from pictures and videos. The production stage is searching for photos from Google and videos from YouTube at sources that are trusted to be edited and combined with voice recordings (vo), this is done to support the script that has been written according to the theme being discussed. The post-production stage is uploading videos (media publicity) by the broadcast team (MCR) to YouTube, official Instagram greeting TV and other official websites and conducting evaluations through feedback from the public.
