Abstract

Abstract: The Efforts to Increase Science of skills process through Problem Based Learning Model in Class 5th of SDN 8 Sintang. This study aims to improve the science of skill process by Problem Based Learning model for grade 5th of SDN 8 Sintang. This research was conducted in February-March 2021. The kind of this research is Classroom Action Research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models. The research subjects were the 5th grade students of SDN 8 Sintang with a total of 28 students consisting of 18 boys and 10 girls. The research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. Every cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data was collected through observation, tests and interviews. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The result of this research found that the Problem Based Learning model can improve the science of skill process of 5th grade students at SDN 8 Sintang on the lesson of heat transfer.Keyword : Problem Based Learning, Science of Skill Process Abstrak. Upaya Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses IPA melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Pada Kelas V SDN 8 Sintang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses IPA melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada siswa kelas V SDN 8 Sintang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SDN 8 Sintang dengan jumlah 28 siswa yang terdiri dari 18 orang laki-laki dan 10 orang perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan, serta refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes dan wawancara. Analisis data yaitu secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh, dapat diketahui bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapatmeningkatkan keterampilan proses IPA siswa kelas V SDN 8 Sintang pada materiperpindahan panas.
