Abstract

The smallest group of people receives their primary education from their families. The purpose of the study is to determine how Imron's family's education served as an example for humanity. research using a qualitative approach and a descriptive methodology. approaches for data collection employing studies of both classical and contemporary literature. The investigation discovered that Ali Imron's letter 33–37 described family education in the following ways: A. The realm of direct educators Allah swt, the Messenger of Allah saw, Prophet Imron and wife, Maryam, and prophets Isa As and Ayyub AsB People in general and Muslims, particularly Imron and Maryam, Prophet Ayyub As, and Prophet Isa As, are the proteges. He received an education in tawhid, worshid, morals, psychology, and family education through the use of materials. D. The best ways to instruct directly, give advice, practice in the field, and pray. The smallest community group's primary form of education is provided by their families. The purpose of the study is to determine how Imron's family's education becomes a paradigm for humanity. The study employs a descriptive methodology with a qualitative approach, collecting data utilizing sources from both ancient and contemporary literature. According to the study, family education in Ali Imron's letters from 33 to 37 is as follows: a. The realm of Allah swt's direct educators includes the Prophet Imron and his wife Maryam, the Prophet Isa As, and the Prophet Ayyub. b. In general, students are people, particularly Muslims like Imron and Maryam, the prophet Ayyub, and the prophet iIsa As. c. Monotheism education, worship, morals, psychology, and family are the subjects being taught.

Abstract

Setiap muslim diwajibkan melaksanakan ibadah shalat karena shalat merupakan tiang agama dan sebagai sarana komunikasi antara hamba dengan Allah swt, selain itu juga dapat membentuk akhaq positif diantaranya kedisiplinan. Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelaksanaan shalat dhuha dengan kedisiplinan siswa kelas VII SMP Bilingual Terpadu Krian Sidoarjo.Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifar korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMP Bilingual Terpadu Sidoarjo kelas VII berjumlah 270 dan dibagi 20% dari 270 hingga diperoleh hasil sampel sejumlah 54 siswa. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling karena pengambilan sampel secara acak dari anggota populasi tanpa melihat kedudukan, kepintaran dan lain lain yang ada dalam populasi.Analisis data hasil Uji korelasi menggunakan Uji Chi Square didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat hubungan antara pelaksanaan Sholat Dhuha Dengan Kedisplinan Siswa Kelas VII di SMP Bilingual Terpadu Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Low back pain is a very common problem that can affect a variety of ages. The symptoms of low back pain can be caused by lumbar spine problems such as root pain, radiculopathy, and spinal tract stenosis. The intervertebral disk and the joint facet are two lumbar structures that can cause pain. One element that contributes to low back discomfort is physical activity. The study design used correlation analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study is consecutive sampling. The sample is 37 teachers with an age range of 35 – 60 years. To indentify physical activity is used Short-Form International Physical Activity Questionnaire and for identifying low back pain complaints is used Pain and Distress Scale (William J.K. Zunga) in the Primala study was analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The teachers and perform moderate activities, don’t have complaints of low back pain of 15 (40,5%), heavy activity, did have a complaint of low back pain of 22 (59,5%). The results of the Chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between physical activity and low back pain complaints (p value=0,000;α<0,05). Appropriate and consistent activity that is adapted to the body's capacities and age will have a positive influence on the building of stronger muscles and bones. Adequate and regular physical activity can help prevent low back pain complaints
